ITS RECENT DETAILED REVIEW. ITS LENGTHY BUT ITS IMPORTANT IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY. After reading all recent 1year review I visited gym for membership. (Manager name AKSHAY HOLE) I had word with few members downside gym they said personal trainer forced their clients to give review on google. Read reviews before pandemic. After pandemic reviews If you noticed last one year good reviews are only those whos taking personal training. Personal training cost(40,000 for 6months) means yearly after discount70,000 + 14490 = 84490/-🤣when new member come for visit they will visit you with sugarcoated words will. If u r beginer beware of them. They will promise big things. current price 14490/- which is good as per the brand name GOLD'S but what they provide you is not match the level. Workout is not passion for them its business. Those who pay 14490/- they r imp for them just for the day of payment after that they will forget you. Physical training and knowledge should be passion for any trainer. In this gym "money matters". No trainer is supportive if u pay gym fees only. I had word with almost 7 to 8 members. These r their words. IF YOU CAN AFFORD 84,490/- THEN ITS WORTH. OTHERWISE...
Read moreI had the pleasure of working with a personal trainer Nitesh Sir at Golds Gym for the past year, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. After a severe grade 3 ACL tear, I came to him with the goal of muscle building, and he crafted a workout plan that was nothing short of transformative.
Nitesh Sir's approach was both meticulous and adaptable. He designed a balanced regimen that not only focused on building muscle in my injured leg but also allowed ample time for recovery. His plan effectively strengthened the rest of my body while being mindful of my injury, which was a challenge I hadn't managed to overcome with other physiotherapists and trainers.
What truly set Nitesh Sir apart was his ability to strike the perfect balance between pushing me to improve and ensuring that I had sufficient recovery time. His guidance has been instrumental in my progress, and his expertise is evident in the results I've achieved. If you're looking for a dedicated and skilled trainer, I highly...
Read moreAs a regular member of Gold's Gym, I've seen the facility’s age start to show. The equipment is quite outdated and hasn’t been renovated in a long time, which is a letdown for those of us used to modern gear. The swimming pool has been out of service for a while, and the BMI machine is often not working, which can be frustrating.
On the plus side, the trainers and staff are fantastic. They’re knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help, which makes the experience more enjoyable despite the gym’s shortcomings. However, the cleanliness of the facility leaves much to be desired. The washrooms are often unclean and unhygienic, and the changing rooms are rarely tidy.
Despite these issues, the gym remains a crucial option in the area due to the limited choices available. It’s clear that Gold’s Gym would benefit greatly from updating its equipment and improving its maintenance standards. For now, the supportive staff and the gym’s long-standing presence in the area are its main...
