❤️Love for Westside 😍 I recently visited Westside at Seasons Mall, Pune (Kharadi) for the first time and was super excited! 🎉 Westside has been my all-time favorite brand for fancy party wear, traditional outfits, perfumes, jewelry, sandals, and cozy night dresses. 🛍️ This time, I bought a perfume and a t-shirt, and to my surprise, after being a permanent customer for more than 10 years, I received a free Westside bag for the first time! 🛒✨ It was such a delightful surprise! 😍

Their collection of western, traditional, party wear, and night dresses is amazing! 💃 While the prices are a bit on the higher side, the extreme comfort and stylish design make it totally worth it. 🌟 I also noticed their loungewear collection, which is equally stylish and cozy.

That said, I feel like offering a free item after big purchases should be more common for such a popular brand. 💭 Nevertheless, I want to thank Westside for always offering amazing quality collections at affordable prices! 👗👠 I absolutely love the bag's color and design! 🎁 I’m attaching a photo of it. 📸

They have trained sales ppl to force customer to buy things even when customer politely say NO 100 times.

Also they force their own choice on you even you say NO we don't like it.

My husband clearly told the sales lady in the kids section that we don't like that color, we have already took another color. Even i told her 2 times. Still she gave that cloth on my daughter's hand saying this is very good. How unprofessional.

You are not appointed to overstep and putting your nose in customer's choices. You are just there to help.

My daughter was literally hiding from that sales lady as lady was were irritating.

On top of that, on the billing counter the billing guy was trying to sale accessories forcefully. I said NO.. so he targeted my daughter and she said NO too.. he stared forcing us. Like he was not starting billing.. we had to buy one.

Very disappointed with this behavior from the staff. I am sensing that manager is the one to blame who give some unrealistic targets to achieve to...

I love the brand and I keep shopping from there regularly but the STAFF here-?! This woman on the billing asked me if I wanted a membership and I said no, I had to leave to catch a flight WHICH IS WHY I PICKED UP A COORD SET FROM HERE. She went on to telling me that it’s free. I just wanted to pay and leave. Then another woman comes and tries to tell me the benefits of having a membership. Now, both of them are convincing me to take the membership, to which I said I’ll take it next time. By now, they’ve scanned the products and one of the ladies is packing my order and the other one is at the cashier - the one that’s packing (without realising I know and understand Marathi) says “just take her birthday” I mean I understand the staff here might have benefits/rewards of getting people to register and get memberships but I really didn’t need one AND they don’t understand the urgency? I will not shop from Westside in Seasons...
