Very bad experience here. The manager is ready with the bill and wrist band as soon as we enter from the door. It seems like if you have entered in the restaurant, first pay the bill and then do whatever you want.

Menu shows 111 items but be aware they consider cucumber, carrot and other small things also items in the menu. If you consider all of these small items, then probably it will come near to 111 items.

But the worst part is the service. Service here is pathetic, even worse than a regular roadside dhabha. They indirectly force you to have soups and other starters options, by deliberately delaying serving pizza. If you think you can enjoy unlimited pizza here then forget it, the pizza will come after 15 to 20 minutes. The person who serves pizza doesn't understand what we say. If we are a family of 4 members, he will serve pizza to 1 or 2 members as per his wish, and then leave to serve to other tables. If we say please serve for other family members, he will ignore your request and continue serving other tables. For most of the time the pizza gets over before it reaches to our table. So, ultimately you have wasted your 30 minutes with no pizza because it takes around 15 to 20 minutes for next pizza serving and when the next pizza serving round comes, it is not sure if you can get the pizza because the person start serving again from different table and by the time it reaches you, there is only 1 slice remaining. 1 small pizza slice per family, is it a joke.

And the worst part is other waiter will come and ask multiple times in an interval of minutes that cloud he clean cup your dish, when we are waiting for pizza. So, indirectly they are provoking their customer to not to wait for pizza but eat whatever is available and leave as there is a long waiting outside and they want to bill that customers also but simply can't as they are waiting.

When we complaint about this to manager for the first time he instructed the person and for next 20 minutes everything was good and after that same thing started again. When we again complaint, the manager said that they have to manage other customers also and the pizza will take time to prepare. I can understand that but atleast when the waiter comes to serve at your table you serve the family completely and not just 1 or 2 members as per your wish. So, the management is also not concerned and it the management who deliberately do this.

I am visiting this place and their other location from many years and I can see that the service quality level is going down each year. This time it is pathetic.

Although the food quality and taste is good but it is waste of time, just because of their service. If you have 3 or more hours of free time with you, just to have your meal, then you can visit this place. Because we wasted our 2 hours here and can see some people who were sitting before we came and still sitting after we left, probably hoping to get a better service.

I will definitely not recommend...

4 Stars are for the ambience, Polite serving Staff and few of the food items. First of all it's super affordable place to have so many dishes. Rs.380/- per person for unlimited food. The ambience is great. The food items they offer :-Mocktails,Soups, Cold Salads, Momos, Fryms, Pani Puri, Chat, Chinese Snacks,Noodles, Pasta,Pizza, Sandwiches, Smileys, Different Fried Rices, Punjabi Sabzi,Roti, Rice,Desserts (Gulab Jamun, Pastries,Halwa),Ice Creams,Soft Drinks like everything under one roof. Coming to the genuine review of the food items that i had :- Soup :- I was super excited to have my favourite French Onion Soup but it was not at all like french Onion soup. It wasn't bad in taste but that was made more like hot n sour kinda soup. I gave feedback to a gentleman there but he was damn sure of the recipe and defending the chef and his soup (Ofcourse i understand he was doing his job and trying to convince me) but they should really check the authentic recipe before keeping it. Not sure of the other soup tastes. Pani Puri :- It wasn't that bad but wasn't good as well. I really felt teekha Pani was tasteless. Chat :- Chat was fine but not great though. Chinese starters (Manchurian and Honey chilli potato) :- They were spicy and Manchurian was not of a good texture. Salads :- I seriously wanted to try so many of them but at the same time was not feeling like to get full by having only salads so skipped so many of them but the one that i had (Fruity Pasta Salad) was too sweet so it was a disappointment. The presentation was nice and neat. Momos :- Momos were hot and good. The filling could have been better and original. Pasta :- There were 3 Types of Pasta and all of them were good.White pasta was in runny texture though. Punjabi:- My friend liked Paneer Sabji and roti. Pizzas:- Margherita,Tandoori Paneer and one more I don't really remember but they were super super delicious & soft. Really loved Pizza more than anything Noodles :- Noodles were good as well. Cheese garlic bread was also yummy. One guy keeps coming in between to serve you soft drinks if you want to have. Other guy keeps repeating the Pizza and serves hot pizza 🍕 Pastry:- Pastries were okayish,Not so soft and not so hard, The Icing on the top waa cracking up a bit but it was ok. They keep cleaning the empty plates. They keep asking you what do you want next. Good place to celebrate birthday parties. They have separate section for birthday parties as well. I found a cockroach down on the floor. Request owner to please do paste control as soon as possible as there were so many kids coming (Along with ours)and it would be unhygienic and dangerous for them as well as adults. Worst experience ever.I regret taking my family here.We visited this place on 23rd Jun 2024 for lunch around 2:45 pm.Not sure how this place has such great reviews but its definitely misleading.If I had an option to rate them 0 I would have definitely done that.Below are few important points to note-

They will make you pay while you enter the place so that we can't cancel or leave the place looking at their food menu and dis organized staff. Buffet plates were not filled at most of the places.We felt as if we were eating leftover food 3.No plates,spoons,bowls available at the counter.Had to literally shout to get the plates 4.No staff available to attend or guide you 5.They say they have 111 items but please don't believe. I couldn't even see anything 30-40 items Quality of the food was cheap.Unhygienic place 7.Rude manager.When escalated about the issues, he says ," Mam you are the first one to complain" Seriously? When a customer complains, isnt he suppose to listen and help to find a solution?? 8.Dosa counter was a mess.Guy making dosa took 30 mins to serve a dosa.In the first few attempts, his dosa batter did not spread evenly, had to scrap it a few times before making one.Looks like he was making a dosa with an unferemented batter. 9.Looking at the unhygienic environment, I had no safe options to feed my 2 year old.I survived to feed her couple of cookies. 10.Food was very cold and they literally didn't care Ice cream serving area was super unhygienic so I was scared to allow my family members to eat ice cream.
