Where should i send the order details... i can send gpay details as we did not receive any payment or order receipt. And, the link you had shared is taking me to app store for downloading....do you really think we gonna install app just to send details...its not worth it....if it wiyld hv been atleast an average experiance, we woukd hv installed it and used it for online order.....common pizza hut.... Bad experience with pizza hut Magarpatta. Does not look like real pizza hut. Taste was total blunder. I had gone to this place on 15th aug, every staff (looked like all were from same family) were in ethnic attire thrown welcoming impression. But yeah, that was it....nothing went well after that. Had to start with starter so I went to the counter and ordered cheeze garlic bread, lady kept on saying 'ok next, other item' and noted other details like mob no and all and i said thats it, main course will order later, then she said usme alag se fir jyada tax lagega, I was like how? Then I requested for some time to decide on main course. She was calling and said aapke order ka kya krna hai, ek sath hi krna padega, i said ki hum check kr rhe hai. We decided to add paneer tandoori pizza and gave order for cheezs garlic bread and this one. She asked me to repeat all details too many times(i mean could hv just minimize the order), irritated by then. Obviously waited for long apprx 30 min to see the pizza at table. Service boy 1st cleaned the table with his bear hand and with same hand he gave that pizza box. We started eating cheeze bread(yes it was just that. Not a cheeze garlic bread) we started to finish the pizza(tasted good but not authentic one). By this time we realized ir does not look like a legal pizza hut branch. While leaving we thought of letting them know ki bread was with just cheeze and did not had garlic. Lady explained me ki cheeze bread hi tha....garlic usme add karte hai....u said garlic tha hi nai...she said cheeze me rehta hai...i said hamare order wale cheeze garlic bread me nai tha....seemed annoying by now...we left off the shop with disappointing remark...and went to the attached dominos to fullfill our hungryness.....finally tasty and authentic pizza we eat at dominos. Thanks...

This outlet is located in the food court of Seasons Mall... The menu is a bit confusion as their online menu does not match with printed menu or the displays. We took the combo for two... But the lady did not inform us that there's no soft drink with it. And best part is you have to order ketchup separately... Not that I needed it but heard another customer asking & he had to pay for it.

The Pizza overall was just basic, nothing compared to Domino's. The base was a bit on the dry side and the Veggie Feast lacked any taste. The Spiced Paneer was fine.

I've had the best Pizza Hut only in Kolkata airport... Everything else has been a disappointment and I know they will ask for feedback but I'm done...

Food was good as it usually is, no complaints there. But today’s experience wasn’t up to the mark. I went for lunch, and the staff lady handing me my meal asked for my phone, saying some code was needed before giving the food. I trusted and gave it. She then used my phone to rate Pizza Hut 5 stars on Google from my account, even typed out a review (which I’ve since deleted). Not sure if she also rated on the Pizza Hut app or site.

Fake reviews aren’t the way. If you want a rating, just ask directly. Taking my phone and doing it yourself didn’t feel right. Normally the service here is better, but today’s experience was...
