Cafe Chokolade — Restaurant in Pune

Worst experience ever. Me and my husband visited this cafe a few days back and the person on the counter was so rude and disrespectful. We entered the cafe and my husband was trying to check if the upper floor was open while I was standing right infront of the counter, however the person standing over there yelled at my husband saying that we can’t go upstairs directly. My husband tried to explain him that he was just checking if the floor was open however that person being so rude and disrespectful said that we can’t order and he went up to close the upper floor. While we were still standing at the counter and it still wasn’t over right after he closed the upper floor he said tu us ‘niklo’ i.e. to get out. My husband has filed a complaint on their Instagram page, however I wanted to bring this to everyone’s attention on how this person treated us. We have been visiting Chocolade’s other branches since our college days, however this is the first time we have experienced...

Ideal for small bites they do have a sandwich menu and I think ice-cream is available as well! It's perfect for that...
