Kwality Restobar — Restaurant in Pune

The waiters are worst for giving service specially when you are having drinks and you are only single or 2 people on a table the service drops as if you are asking beg in front of the waiters they behave as if they own us some money and again giving us some credit and the food and drink as donation. Use to go there frequently but after 1 incident I complained about it to the owner him self he took action on that specific thing then on my second visit there after the incident the waiters said u want service then give good amount of tip to us u always give very less or no tip to us so we can't help it but u will get this type of service only worst experience stopped visiting the...

Rates not listed in menu are Unreasonable. Mineral water that is standard MRP is sold almost at double and that too with GST ! Staff is arrogant ( is what I experienced) and does not respect customer as the one I experienced was rude in vocal that too with arrogance! Won't recommend for service at all !!!!
