While initial experience looks good you realise reality once you stay at property for few years. That is when real quality issues me poor service issue surface. At Park Springs Lohegaon we had several issues with basic facilities that we had to fight and get some work done before handover to society. But now after 4 years when I look back then severe issues with basic needs are still evident.
STP stinks here too bad -- utter failure
No water supply and no bore well : meaning we must pay to tanker mafia. Result ? Huge maintenance 3k + for 1100 sq ft 2 BHK
electricity : biggest problem which makes me feel I leave in some remote jungle. There have been 4 major power failures longest one lasted 3 nights and 2 days. Mseb claims builder owns warranty for 5 years and builder says we were not informed of problem. Even today 15th July power went off at 2 am and after repeated complaints finally restored at 9 pm. Mseb told builder was informed but didn't do anything.

Read moreIf you have already purchased a flat from Pride Purple Group Builders please do properly inspect everything as we have seen them doing quick temp fix while handing over and later causing a lot of rework. Pride Purple Group Builders quality of work is not up to the mark for the amount that is being charged for each flat. Also the response to issues and concerns raised is not productive with a laid back response. The Audit team has not done a good job of checking the flat for completion before handover. In every flat you can see issue of tiles broken or damaged. Seepage from roofs in new flats, cracks just within one month of handover, Painting of low quality that sticks to your hands when rubbed. No proper engineering/planning done to provide appropriate location for Geyser or power plugs for router near the junction box. Area above false ceiling in Toilets not properly finished and painted. Kitchen tiles corners not mitered, delayed spelling corrections in your electricity bills (should not have happened in first place)…..and the list goes on and on. You have to keep following up with the PPG maintenance team to get things done after...
