This vibrant and inviting food truck stands out not just for its convenient location but for the quality and variety of food it offers. Among their diverse menu, two items have especially captured my heart: the White Sauce Pasta and the Cold Bournvita.

The White Sauce Pasta is nothing short of delightful. Cooked to perfection, the pasta is generously coated in a creamy, rich white sauce that has just the right balance of flavor. It’s neither too bland nor overwhelmingly heavy, striking a perfect harmony that keeps you coming back for more. The addition of fresh vegetables like bell peppers and broccoli enhances the overall taste, giving it a nice crunch and making it a well-rounded dish. I recently visited Poona Food Truck at Livit Premises, SB Road, Shivajinagar, Pune and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and presentation of the food. The food truck vibe mixed with a dine-in experience was quite refreshing and different from regular cafes. We ordered Aglio E Olio (Spaghetti), Vegetable Lasagna, and a Cold Coffee without ice cream.

The Aglio E Olio was simple, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The choice of spaghetti pasta was on point, though it could have used a touch more seasoning to bring out the garlic flavor. The Vegetable Lasagna was delicious—layered well, generous in portion, and filled with cheese, though the mozzarella topping felt slightly light even though there was an option for extra. It could have had a crispier crust, but overall, it was hearty and comforting.

The Cold Coffee was smooth and refreshing, especially since we opted for the version without ice cream. It wasn’t overly sweet and was a perfect finish to the meal.

The service was prompt and courteous, and our total bill for 3 items was ₹980 including taxes (SGST and CGST @2.5% each). The pricing felt fair for the portion sizes and the overall quality.

The only suggestion would be to work a bit on enhancing the flavors and offering more customizable add-ons for cheese or spice levels.
