SAMPAN CHINESE FAST FOOD & TANDOORI CORNER — Restaurant in Pune

I have been visiting this place from the last 8-9 years and still don't remember any bad food-Day. Sampan is famous for Chowpati style street food. This is the place is always crowded especially in the evening/night hours and finding a table on the weekend would need some patience. The Sitting area is a bit crowded with simple/basic chairs and tables placed side by side to make use of each square foot. The staff is great and would help you in ordering food as some of the names of the Chicken/Mutton Main course are really unique like: Chicken Taka Tak. Also make sure that you order your appetizers first and take your time and then order for the main course or you will end up having everything at once they are really quick when it comes to serving food. These folks are made sure that they tick all boxes when it comes to quantity, quality & super service.

I recently visited this place and ordered Chicken Momo, Chicken Taka Tak and Roti. The quantity of the Chicken dish was enough for 3 of us and was yum to last bit.

Place is on main road. Its a non AC. Dhaba sort of. We had to select this place as there was no other option nearby. Its has large dining area. Sitting arrangement is not good.
