I recently had the opportunity to visit E-Square The Fern - An Ecotel Hotel in Pune, and I must say that my experience was quite positive.

The hall where the event was held was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable ambiance for the gathering. The arrangements were commendable, making it a pleasant experience.

The food served during the event was undoubtedly the highlight of the day. It was delicious and undoubtedly the best part of the experience. The catering team deserves appreciation for their culinary skills and the variety of dishes they offered.

However, I did face a few challenges during my visit. The parking area was a bit confusing as there were no pillar markings or signages, making it challenging to navigate. It would be helpful if the hotel management considers improving the parking directions for the convenience of visitors.

Additionally, I noticed that some of the water taps in the restrooms were leaking, which might need attention for water conservation and maintaining a pleasant washroom environment.

On the bright side, the overall service provided by the hotel staff was commendable. They were courteous, responsive, and eager to assist whenever required.

Went here for valentines eve., Called up the restaurant before arrival and confirmed about buffet and if Gold offer is valid. Upon confirmation we reached at 9 and to my surprise they stated the buffet is for 2500+18% gst which is fine, now starts the real story.

I ordered a LIIT which took 50min to be prepared. Package had 3 veg & 3 NV starters out of which only fish was good chicken tikka was dry and cold, Mangolian Chicken was not up to the mark, all 3 veg starters were pathetic stuff potato was completely cold and tasteless same with fried lotus stem and paneer stake was absolutely stale and was smelling so bad. Upon giving a complaint about the starters they took it back and never bothered to serve fresh or atleast give a feedback. Most pathetic the staff which was serving were not aware of what variety they have in bread, they were so unprofessional that they did not even hesitate to eat the garnish chocolates on the cheesecake which were kept on the buffet. When I took this up to the manager they have nothing to say, they are laughing at eachother and as per their HR they were tasting the chocolates.

Upon arrival we really liked the ambience and soon we also enquired about dinner for a group of 25-30 as our expectation with service and food were fair enough as per the ambience and charges.

Service in restaurant is very slow as I first time visited. They offer buffet for 1k plus 18%GST. I had booked a hall for a family function , but as thought that they will provide good service to serve starters , it was very irritating to keep them forcing to serve . Every time I have to tell those boys to keep serving starters and drinks . But they stopped it in between and guests have their plate empty and waiting. They served biggest chunks of FISH TIKKA AND CHICKEN TIKKA which every guest find embarrassing to eat and complained to me later. As everywhere SURMAI was served but here they served BASA, a fish with lot of fats. They charge money but service not good.

While during dinner they kept all types of breads (roti, naan, paratha) at once , which guests and we find were dry n hard sooner. As compared with those in north they serve breads hot n fresh.

My experience in Pune was very bad for those food lovers who want best food.
