Pushkar sweets — Local services in Pune

Please read this review very carefully.

These guys sent us stale sweets. We phoned them and sent it back to them. The Jalebis had gone sour and the rasgulla were atleast a week old. We contacted zomato who refunded 100 our of 1100.

But sadly this shop is being run by some guys who have no idea what customer service is. At first the guy at the counter started making stories that zomato report will come after one week then we will know how much they have refunded you. After I shared the screen shot of the refund and showed him where in his merchant app he could find the details of the refund, his response became even more funnier, he said, " we acknowledge that the jalebi is sour but we cannot do anything a out it LOL ! "

What a sad little fraud these guys are running here. I wonder who orders from them and what kind of approach do they have with other customers.

The guy tells me he has had rasgulla all his life ! ( But he had no idea what fresh rasgulla are ) No problem brother, let me know when, and we will send you some good Rasgullas from some good sweetshop and you will know the difference.

As far as the money is concerned we will consider ki kisi ese dukandar ko daan kar diya jo jaldi hi band hone wala hai. Aur obviously is dukan pe seth ka dhyan nahi hai aur nakar band baja rahe hein ya fir seth ki mentality naukro wali hi hai. In whichever way dekhna yeh hai ki yeh thagi ka pesa isko aur iske bacho ko...

Khandvi is one of the popular dishes but rarely found. At Pushkar sweets, you can find amazing Khandvi at affordable price. I really enjoyed the taste as it is smooth, soft and fluffy. Khandvi are besan rolls given a tadka like a dhokla. Also find a variety of breakfast items like samosa, dhokla, kachori at great prices. Staff is friendly and very nice. The people are very honest and hardworking. The premises is very clean. It was so disappointing to experience rude behavior wen we walked in to PUSHKAR SWEETS at Kalyaninagar..the guy sitting at the counter (some relative of the owner) spoke so rudely for no reason and wen u ask him to speak properly..he asked us to leave..no manners at all..pathetic attitude....these people forget their business runs due...
