We stayed here for 2 nights.Hotel staff is very rude and they didn't inform anything about timings of breakfast and all.They cater breakfast from outside and serve in small area of their hotel reception.nothing served hot at 9 am in the morning and if you ask the staff to serve hot they will say they cannot give.Since they dnt have indoor catering we have ordered dinner from swiggy and while asking for cutleries they said they cannot give fork only spoon they can give and after finishing the food waiter will not come to clean the utensils u have to keep outside room balcony and till next day morning 10 am they didn't clear the food from outside also.Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are clean.They don't provide mineral water.located in the heart of city kalyani nagar many good food joints are there near by.But hotel staffs are not at all good.overall experience average and if we see from service point of...

Worst stay ever... The managers at the reception are rude.. they have no clue about the working if their hotel.. they treat their guests like talking to a servant ... Staff syas something else.. and receptionists say something else... And then they have no explanation... Breakfast was the worst.. one dish...and that's allllllll.... And at the reception they serve it.... Can u imagine the state... They don't have a kitchen... They call for samosas from a road side shop .... And say this is breakfast... The timings they will tell u are 8-10am and when we reach at 9:40.. they said it's over... Nad then the reception guys it was till 9:30 and the samosas are over... 😥😫 Worst stay ever anywhere..... Please don't ever book ur...

I will not even give 1 star. Horrible staff. So rude. Bad service. There was an insect in the breakfast which i can prove as i have taken a video. When i called the reception to please come and check that there is a bug in the breakfast so nobody even responded. They dont even care for our concerns. Moreover i booked the room for 3 people i.e my mom dad and me. I paid for 3 people and they provided me a very poor quality mattress for my dad on the floor. It was like a local cotton thin poor quality mattress(gadda). For an extra blanket also we had to request so much. My experience was really horrible and i reccomend you to not to stay in this hotel. I wish i could upload...
