Location of this homestay is very closer to the town and they have parking available but it's bit steep. Better to take down your car in reverse. It's a 100 years old British constitution and is having door openings towards outside in most of the rooms and bathroom. Air vents above doors are open always. No much secured locks or latches on the doors due to old construction. But still the place is safe. Maintenance of the property is bit weak. I did my stay on a Tuesday in the off season and was cheaper when I booked through Agoda. Please don't pay in advance and try to opt pay at location. Cleanliness of room is good and athroom is clean. Overall the homestay is good for the people who can adjust with the situation. At the season time they may allocate rooms to multiple families or batchelor people. The landlord could have maintained it properly with better security and facilities. Please don't expect as the pictures on Google, those are old and the current situation is...

It's basically a homestay type 3 bhk bungalow wherein each bed-room with attached bathroom is rented out seperately. They have a kitchen and caretaker who provides us with tasty dinner and breakfast at nominal rates. 24 hours water supply with geyser facility available. It has a small flower garden in front which makes the place look beautiful. There is a bazaar nearby and restaurants, cake shops, pharmacy shop etc are within 100 metres radius. Don't expect 3 star hotel type facilities. It's a home-stay type arrangement. We 3 Guys stayed for 3 nights in a single room @ 2500 per night + gst etc. The care taker informed that these are non peak rates and peak season rates are almost double. Since we were on business trip, we used to leave at 8.30 am and come back at 9.30 pm. And as bachelors we didn't expect anything fancy so we were satisfied...

Pros:- The owner Mr. Yousuf is an articulate and helpful person. On enquiry was told that the rooms given to me were better. Lame excuse. |Beware friends before you go there. I booked the room through booking.com,but seems they too are hand in gloves with unscrupulous hotel owner like this one. |The bathrooms were a stinking mess.|The wifi doesn't work.
