Sri Lakshmi Tourist Home (S.L.T.H) — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

We found it when we didn't get any rooms from Ooty. So we travelled from Ooty town to Coonoor, but our journey wasnt wasted, we got some good rooms and it was cheap. They have 3-4 floors, we took the top floor's corner room, as the home was top of the hill and we were in the top floor, you could imagine the view. That was fabulous, you can view whole Coonoor from there and the night view was awesome. I don't recommend for people looking for...

Had the worst stay here ..The room is full of tobacco smell which is horrible, we informed the manager but no action, they said it will be like this only..There is no cupboard to keep things.. Bedsheets are the worst with a bad smell. No heater, we have to inform the manager every time they open up the hot water. We paid 1350 for a night stay alone. Family stay is not at all recommended. It seemed like rolling back to 90s. Not much was expected from the lodge at the onset, but it kept on dipping further down. Bare minimum rooms with no amenities and no toiletries at all. Location is good and view is the sleepy town of Coonoor with a beautiful sunrise to wake you up. Moreover the location is walking distance from the railway station. Those are the only things to pacify my stay...
