Pizza Hut | Forum Mall Chennai — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

The Pizza Hut in Nexus Forum Mall was a forgettable experience for me. The restuarant was on the food court of the Mall and was big and clean and the crowd was busy but it was not over crowded. One could get a table quickly.

We ordered two Chicken Pan Pizzas and what we got was a fat pizza which never looked like the Chicago Pan Pizza. The crust was not tasty but the centre was ok. The order did take more than expected time for a Pizza. It took nearly 20 minutes and it was not even peak hours . The taste was so average that I would not bother to go there again. The quality of taste could not ruffle by feathers.

The staffs were good kids but were not trained by the management and it clearly showed. One does not feel well come . They don't know to smile. They were just going about their jobs like low paid zombies. I would not blame the staffs.

Dnt order pizza from this shop very worst customer service. We have to wait until they serve even our order is ready. One girl has taken order from me and she said to wait for 15 mins I waited and I went there she said ur order is almost ready just wait for 2mins after some time I went tr. She said to another girl to deliver my order and she was busy with system taking order for other customer. The next girl who was talking and doing some work I was calling that girl to give my order but she is not listeing to me. The girl who taken ordered seen me again and she said that girl to give my order but that girl she is not giving after sometime she went and came with gralic bread which I ordered and she cutted it the bread came out of the plate. The she given me chicken pizza and sprinkle dries and she dint given any plates I taken those box alone. Such a worst behavoiur. Hereafter I wnt ordered r recommend pizza Hut to anyone worst customer...

One star because we ate the pizza, too much rush and seems like mismanagement. My pizza was lying ready and getting cold while my spouse was waiting for the billing(it was an online order). Now the pizza : it was not at all what we expected. We have had pizza from other pizza hut stores also but this one was cheap in taste and content. It was like cooked in a race without the taste or any patience. Full bread and meagre thin layer of content(One expects something out of a signature pizza). Its my bad that i ordered from here, hope to never come back to this...
