Waf Bites — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

The lady who was incharge of the shop o(kk nagar branch on 12.07.2025 ) she was not responding properly over the call, when I called her around 12pm order cake which I needed around 2pm she was like “I should only make cake , there’s no one so I can’t make cake “ And then i was like “how can you say this?” She was like cake is not available (with a grumpy tone). When we went there she was rude to us , while telling the order she was pissed to even type out the order , and the service wasn’t good at all . When we ordered bubble waffle she said it’s not available and she can’t make it . She was shouting (In a frustrated tone) while calling us to take the order . That kinda costumer service was not acceptable. When we asked her to pack our waffle she was like we can’t pack this , there’s no box to pack this waffle . But I insisted her to get it packed with another box.

As a cafe , this kind of costumer service is not appreciated. Could be better if they look into this and change...

I've been to this place twice and I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I have never had such amazing waffles before. The waffles were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and so very well complimenting the ice cream toppings, or should I say fillings because the waffles are cone shaped! Totally worth the price. The bubble tea is something you should not miss. As childish as it may sound but when you drink it and those little bubbles come rushing up the straw and burst in your mouth it just brings out the child in me, just so much fun! My must try for sure recommendation would be the coffee cream waffle. It was so good I can't describe in words. I think you must go have it to know how it is. Do try for sure!!

Very nice cute cozy place. The host is a very nice man. I can taste the waffle while it was baked. They customize the menu as needed. They have 4 different texture of the waffle, I liked the the smaller squarer one. They have a wooden seat for formal munching and 4 little bean bags for comfort dining. The price is very reasonable. If you are a vegetarian , you will enjoy the fact that the waffels are not made of egg.

Overall a good experience. On the down side I wish the waffels doesn't influence the taste.They can be sweeter. Particularly the chocolate ice cream doesn't go well with waffels.

The ambience is quiet good for kids, Particularly boys. It has all the marvel characters postered in the side walls. There is no car park. You have to park on the street. But it shouldn't be an issues, as the whole road...
