Wanted to try this place once and I visited alone.
As there was a party going on few of customers were given a space on the entrence near the gate and adjacent to the main road. I am sure all the road dust would have fell on our food. It should be atleast a closed place (it is just like a car shed)
Second
Knowing Hindi is must as all of the staff not good in english.or tamil as they are from north
I visited alone I requested the service person to reduce the quantity of the gravy served ( but he can bill me actuals) as I did not want to wast the food. But he refused and said they serve minimum .500ml gravy He said if I want they will pack and give me the balance which I dont like as I prefer fresh prepared food . After two tandoori roti I requested for one pulka and agins the same issue they serve minimum a pair of.pulkas which he served.
I had ordered peas malasa which was more tangy ( hope that have one sing masala base for almost all Currys) and main part was the peas was half cooked and able to feel the raw taste when eating.
Tandoori roti became hard before I could eat the first one. I would expect them to serve one after the other so that this will not happen again ro any other customer ...that to serving a single person is not such a tuff job.Pulka was good and soft.
Finally billing was made for four tandoori roti were as I had only two which was corrected after I found the excess billing.
Food is served in black plates which is easy to maintain and customer may not know even it is not cleaned properly .
In general they charge you at par with a star rated restaurant (it was INR 400 for me , one person ) but failed to impress the customer to that level.
My experiance was not good from start that is place, food quality, service .till billing , hope my stars were not lucky yesterday .no point in blaming them .............. In general the ambience inside may be good as may of them have mentioned in their review but the food quality is not worth the money paid.
Will think again before I walk in again and may not recommend any...

New Desi Tadka served me:
Lemon pudhina punch: it gives a pingy punch in your mouth as a refreshment. Garlic soup: my dinner started with a bowl of soup. It was like a 1st ball sixer. Delicious delicious and very much delicious. Chilly mint garlic naan: Well-made Naan crunchy and soft. Mushroom Manchurian: oh, this mushroom with a Chinese touch is so soothing in taste. For a starter it’s a good try. Methi paneer masala: Paneer justified and served marvellously. It was yum. It was simply perfect. Kaju Masala: the heaviest of all dishes. Finish it if you can single handed. But taste wise was very wonderful. Veg pulao: not the usual dry pulao they make it in a pan. Having good amount of moistness and veggies. Mango Milkshake: the lady hosting me suggested that I should try this. It was worth a shot. Smooth and sweet very lovely for ending your...

Many say vegetarian dishes doesn't have unique tastes when compared to non vegetarian dishes including me until I tried @newdesitadkachennai dishes.
Classic Tomato Soup topped with Bread roasted in Ghee with Cheese was out of the world (Honest review by a foodie who HATES tomatoes)
The best ever Chilli Manchurian Gravy I've ever had. The fine chopper ginger and garlic with the roasted taste in it and the flavour of the sauce, words can't explain it.
The main USP of @newdesitadkachennai is, It's premium to the core. You see Ghee, Butter, Cheese in almost every dishes however the level is balanced perfectly that it didn't turn down the dish.
Ambience was truly wow. Nice climate, nature feel. Munching on Cheese balls with Lemon Pudhina Punch was an awesome feeling. Cheese balls was really so cheesy.
I'm searching for issues and couldn't really find any (truly not exaggerating). I guarantee, make a visit you'll be truly surprised on the food and service.
Thank you @newdesitadkachennai you really filled my soul. Hats off to the whole team....
