They have started many branches in tamilnadu and tnagar branch is one among them jigarthanda is good but i feel the taste is not same as what we get in vilakku thoon main branch. Normal jigarthanda 40rs and special jigarthanda is 60rs.

Jigarthanda was so refreshing and had perfect quantity. Just one jigarthanda here can run yourself for many hours without draining. During my visit, Basundhi isn't available so had to pick only normal jigarthanda.will come again to try their spl jigarthanda ❤️

Tnagar is famous for many things and one among it is this FAMOUS JIGARTHANDA😋. How rush that junction looks during the peek hours,but one can also see a massive crowd in this shop for its faboulus taste. None can beat this JIGARTHANDA taste. They provide a quality product in different forms like drink, icecream. Madurai people are addicted to this taste. Even me whenever I cross this place in tnagar I would pause to taste this delicious one. They also provide on order basis for functions. Now they have started many branches but standing amidst this crowd and tasting it seems...

Yes it's the real madurai one. Verified from the Madurai branch as well.

So nothing discribe much. A mouth watering yummy jigarthanda is available at Chennai now.

In addition to madurai they added cup and cone ice creams as well( RS.10 and 20 respectively).

It is just behind the saravana selvarathinam store in mothilal street. Reaching there is lil difficult due to the heavy traffic.

The difference is in madurai we will get it in glass and here in plastic cups. The reason they said is water problem in Chennai in cleaning the cups.

Overall a must try yummy...
