The worst experience of my life. If you are thinking of visiting this place, STOP. DON’T. SAVE YOURSELF. This is not a restaurant; it’s a full-blown nightmare. Let me explain why, in great detail, because one line is not enough to describe this disaster.
First of all, the hygiene here is beyond terrible. I have no idea how this place is allowed to operate. There are mice running around freely, cockroaches crawling near the tables, and an overall stink that will ruin your appetite before you even sit down. The floors are sticky, the tables are filthy, and the chairs are barely functional. It’s like they’ve gone out of their way to make this place as disgusting as possible.
The food? Let’s just say if you enjoy eating garbage, this might be your kind of place. The food is absolutely tasteless, bland, and feels like it was cooked by someone who hates life. I’ve had better food when I was sick and eating boiled vegetables. The portions are small, the presentation is laughable, and the ingredients taste stale. They should put a sign outside saying, “Enter at your own risk.”
And then comes the restroom, which deserves a section of its own. Calling it a restroom is an insult to the concept of restrooms. It’s more like a dungeon. There’s no proper lighting, the floor is covered in god-knows-what, and the smell is unbearable. You’ll find broken taps, no tissue paper, and a general sense that you’ve walked into a horror movie. If you want to wash your hands, forget it – you’ll probably walk out dirtier than you went in.
Now let’s talk about the facilities – or lack thereof. In this day and age, even small tea shops provide a charging point or at least something to make the customer comfortable. But not this place. There’s no charging facility, no Wi-Fi, and absolutely nothing that would make you think they care about their customers. My phone was dead, and I couldn’t even find a place to plug it in. Seriously, are we living in 2024 or the Stone Age?
The staff here are another level of terrible. They act like they’re doing you a huge favor by even looking at you. No smiles, no professionalism, no sense of customer service. They’re slow, rude, and clearly don’t care about their jobs. Asking for something as basic as a menu feels like you’re troubling them. And good luck getting your order right – they’ll mess it up and then blame you for it.
The ambiance? If misery had a physical form, it would be this place. The lighting is dull, the smell is unbearable, and the noise from the kitchen feels like a construction site. The place has no charm, no comfort, and no reason to exist. I honestly felt like walking out the moment I stepped in, and I regret not following my instincts.
If you’re still not convinced, let me summarize:
Mice and cockroaches everywhere.
Tasteless food that feels like punishment.
A restroom that’s straight out of a nightmare.
No charging facilities, no Wi-Fi, and no care for customers.
Rude staff who make you feel unwelcome.
A horrible ambiance that ruins your mood.
I cannot stress this enough – do not come here. This is hands-down the worst restaurant I have ever been to, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. Save your time, money, and sanity. Go anywhere else. Eat at home, eat on the street, but do not step foot in this disaster of...
Read moreI have been to several horrible places but this was by far the worst. I agree with the other reviewer, Kalyan, looks like we stayed in similar rooms. Each room on that floor was terrible, I checked and found the one I finally opted for because being a single female traveler who was too tired to opt for any more searching in the city, just went on with it. God! I barely stayed in the room because it was so filthy. Spent most of my time outside the room.||THe only plus point of this place is the proximity to T nagar but never again will I enter this crap hole again.||Save your money and spend more and get a nicer place to sleep in. It's purely disgusting. The pictures that Kalyan has put up says enough.||The receptionist is one very rude fella and so is the lift operator who picked a fight with me when i tried to open the lift, it's a grill gate. morones!||I don't have any grudge with this establishment but I wish there were more honest places to stay and clean establishments. How can people just take money and dish out dirty rooms? ||If you can suggest a clean hotel to me in chennai in T nagar please do...
