I had the worst experience in this hotel today. During the check in, i met shabbir - the manager at the counter. Believe me, he is a rogue. Rogue of the first order. He does not have the minimum manners on how to behave with the customers. ||I asked him if the breakfast is included in the tariff. He told me "we are not giving to all customers". What does that mean ??? I understood that breakfast facility is only for a few guests. But his version is "breakfast is not provided to any customer". I told him how can he decide whether a person can be provided breakfast or not, his answer was "you have a hearing problem". I told we are not giving brakfast to all customers".. I am sure he does not have command over English language but he lacks how to behave with the customers also. How can a bloody hotel reception fellow dare to comment to a customer that he has a hearing problem. ||||I immediately walked out of the hotel. Believe me, this hotel is not even worth 10 rupees if shabbir like people are there who are at the reception. ||||Better to search for different hotels nearby. ...

I strongly disagree this hotel to be rated as good hotel. Perhaps the management should look into the matter for renovation or reconstruct the service for the guesses.
