I had the worst experience in this hotel today. During the check in, i met shabbir - the manager at the counter. Believe me, he is a rogue. Rogue of the first order. He does not have the minimum manners on how to behave with the customers. ||I asked him if the breakfast is included in the tariff. He told me "we are not giving to all customers". What does that mean ??? I understood that breakfast facility is only for a few guests. But his version is "breakfast is not provided to any customer". I told him how can he decide whether a person can be provided breakfast or not, his answer was "you have a hearing problem". I told we are not giving brakfast to all customers".. I am sure he does not have command over English language but he lacks how to behave with the customers also. How can a bloody hotel reception fellow dare to comment to a customer that he has a hearing problem. ||||I immediately walked out of the hotel. Believe me, this hotel is not even worth 10 rupees if shabbir like people are there who are at the reception. ||||Better to search for different hotels nearby. ...

i Want To let you all Know about the CHEATING AND FRAUD Done by this hotel||(DO NOT BOOK this Hotel Online I repeat DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL ONLINE)||I have booked this hotel for my parents for 7 days 1 double bed room with ac but when they arrive on 12-12-2022||From Chennai Central Station which is 10 KM the hotel manager DENIED booking he said WE CANNOT provide You booking on rs700/- per day which i have paid in advance BOOKING.COM approx 5000rs||what they said||1.For Non ac room i have pay 1200rs double room per day||2.For Ac double room pay 1500rs per day||also when i asked them to show me Non AC room they said its NOT Available||The only way is you have to book now at Double price 1500rs per day and also if i cancel then i wil lose money as same day cancelation charge is too high||now you are stuck between the HOTEL and BOOKING.COM||noboddy will help you||THIS IS RACKET RUN BY MANY HOTEL IN CHENNAI BE AWARE||FAQ||IF you think this happen due to booking.com i will book from another website this willl not happen ?||ans:- you are absolutely wrong this is same case with every website...

The worst hotel which charged me RM1500 for three nights. There is no free WiFi, no heating water jar, not hot water bath as stated an don't even has bottle water in the room. Such a messy and untidy hotel surrounding with full of dust layers around. The rooms are stinks,and no proper care takings as well. pathetically breakfast was served like putting for chickens in the cage. Dining surroundings worst ever i come across. I strongly disagree this hotel to be rated as good hotel. Perhaps the management should look into the matter for renovation or reconstruct the service for the guesses. As well i strongly would never recommend this hotel ever to anyone. The only things we are comfort with is the bellman and room service boys who are polite and...
