I had a very disappointing experience with Ajnabee Sweets. I ordered takeaway yesterday and the food quality was unacceptable – the dahi was old and rotten, and the paratha was so hard that it was almost inedible.

When I called to complain, instead of acknowledging the mistake, the staff initially tried to justify the curd. Only after we insisted, he reluctantly said “ok” and promised to check with his manager about possible compensation. But after that, there was no follow-up call at all.

This kind of unprofessional behavior and lack of responsibility towards customers is extremely disappointing. If this is how they treat their customers and serve such poor-quality food, I strongly recommend others to avoid...
