I recently visited this scanning center, and here’s my honest experience:

⭐ Advanced Scanning Machines: All types of scan machines (ALL) were modern and well-maintained. The process felt smooth and up-to-date with current technology.

⭐ Quick Process: There was no long waiting time. The scans were done quickly and reports were given without much delay, which really helped us move forward with treatment.

✖️ Staff Behaviour Needs Improvement: Unfortunately, some staff members were quite unprofessional. The way they spoke to patients wasn’t polite or respectful.

✖️ Unhelpful Attender: One particular attender seemed uninterested in his duty. He didn’t guide us properly and behaved very roughly, which was disappointing.

Yesterday 1st November 2020 I called Madras scan asking if they can take ultrasound scan whole abdomen. The person who attended the call said yes and asked to come in. I went with the patient and they asked to pay the money in advance of rs 3500. I asked why you are charging too much as outside it is just 1300 Max, but they spoke to me in jargon in medicine terms and paid via credit card. Later checked in online while I was waiting for the test and shocked to see that they charged my 4x times. So I fought with them and cancelled the appointment. Later they repaid the cash asking me to leave the place immediately. I asked for the cancelled bill which they denied.

PEOPLE PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND IT WAS TOO CHEATING FROM THEM. WE BELIEVE DOCTORS AS GOD BUT SOME CREEPY TEAMS LIKE THIS MAKES OTHERS THINK THE SAME.
