It is not a hotel massage service. Honestly you might find something outside the hotel better than this one inside a 5 star hotel. I was so disappointed! First, when I enter the place, they are using a very strong mint smell at the reception and it’s not relaxing at all! Not all people like the smell of mint and it feels like a cheap smell that you use for insects…. The staff was as nice as other hotel staff in the hotel.

The 2nd star was for the therapist as she was a bit nicer. I had a Balinese oil massage and I asked if I could have a quick shower as I don’t want to make my clothes all oily and they said no as other customers are coming!! What a hotel spa answer! What would I do if I am not staying at this hotel?

Finally after the massage, I was asking them do I have a form to fill in my comments and I do not want to complain in front of other customers, but they said no it’s not required lol! I booked very easily using whatsapp last night at 9pm, not expecting to book then and there. My Enquiry was answered within 5 minutes for today. I booked a 60 min bali massage followed by a 60 min facial. From the moment I arrived, I was provided 5 star treatment. The venue is very modern and feels luxurious. My treatments where explained and off we went. First a lovely foot bath and scrub. The massage was sublime. My therapist was very attentive to areas i had mentioned needed extra attention. This spa located at Hilton Bali has total disregard to customer's time and needs. We booked our 2hr session way way in advance (6days ahead, upon our arrival at Hilton). In the appointed time 2pm, we arrived early, at least 15 mins early. After filling up our details at 1.55pm, that's when the endless waiting began. No one told us that we have to wait, n kept waiting. They do not have the courtesy to advise us that our session will be pushed back. They did not ask if we have a flight to catch.
