The Breeze — Restaurant in Kuta Selatan

I visited the Breeze at the Hilton Bali Resort many times in during my recent trip to Bali and each occasion was wonderful. I met Widi early in my trip and she made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Komang, a trainee at the restaurant was always engaging and friendly. He was extremely professional and if not for his badge you would not know he was training. The food and beverage offerings were of course exceptional; and the cocktail menu at Happy Hour was great value. We choose to stay here as it's more relax than the restaurant next to this one. The view is really nice. Unfortunately, the beach and the sea were extremely dirty ! We spend an hour to clean it and found a lot of plastic (a lot of yakult) as you can see on the photos. It's a shame to let it like this, especially for a luxuary place !
