This is a place that would etch itself into our memories, not just for its mouthwatering vegetarian pizzas and tantalizing cocktails, but for the flavors of humility, dedication, and authenticity that we tasted there.

It all began on that first night when we decided to dine at Shore Restaurant .Those vegetarian pizzas were an exquisite blend of flavors which we enjoyed so much that we couldn't resist the temptation to return for a second night.

On our second night, fate smiled upon us as we were served by the delightful Ayu who wasn't just doing her job; she was pouring her heart into it. You could feel the authenticity in her every gesture.

She didn't just serve food and drinks; she served pure happiness, and trust me, that's a flavor that lingers in the soul long after the plates are cleared and the glasses are emptied.

It was a nostalgic experience, one that reminded us that the most memorable moments in life are not just about what you eat or drink but the people you meet along the way.

In the end, it wasn't just a dining experience; it was a journey of the senses, a tapestry of flavors and emotions woven together by the magic of Ayu's presence. It was a taste of Bali that we would carry with us, not just on our palates but in our hearts, for years to come.

What a delightful surprise to discover The Shore, at The Hilton in Nusa Dua. It’s a casually elegant ocean side restaurant in the garden where you can choose from three settings: directly beachside with gentle ocean breezes, in the covered area adjacent, or on the rooftop. All locations have stunning ocean views. We dined here because we had won a gift certificate that The Hilton had generously donated to a charity event put on by the Clubhouse to raise money and awareness for Casa Vida (a shelter for women and their children). Upon arrival we were greeted and treated like royalty as we were escorted to the front desk where we were warmly welcomed and informed that we had our choice of three restaurants. We chose The Shore for its ocean setting and menu. From there, Augusta, a friendly young man, took us down to the restaurant, very patiently, as I stopped to take pictures of the stunning ocean vistas along the way. I was totally impressed with his knowledge of the resort and the area, as well as his suggestion that the next time we are in the area that we should stay at the Hilton. The service in the restaurant provided by Endra was professional and welcoming, and once again he invited us to stay at the Hilton in the future. The meal was delicious and beautifully presented including our appetizer shown here. We can’t thank The Hilton enough for donating to Casa Vida which led us to discover this gem. We will be having friends and family visiting this season while we are in Bali, and we will be sure to bring them here. ...

Seaside restaurant at the Hilton Nusa Dua. The restaurant affords a great view of the water as you dine next to the crashing waves. All the tables have a great view and general ambiance but the tables on the open patio are the best, especially for couples at nighttime (when there can be live music!) The service is excellent, the wait staff are very accommodating and take requests to alter dishes around food allergies. One of our members has a severe nut allergy and they remade one dish to be nut free for them. The food was great quality. I had never had fish skin crackling before but it was surprisingly good with the dip! The pizzas and wood fired prawns were delicious. The oysters (not pictured) were massive but a little lower quality taste-wise. Also note, you only get two beef sliders per order rather than the normal three at other restaurants. Overall, this was a great place to eat lunch at, for the ambiance, service and, most importantly, the food as well! Would recommend for anyone staying...
