i came two times in two days, SERVICE IS GOOD, my mom buy a chocolate drink my brother usually buy, but the taste is too sweet for her, i told her to get a change, but she force herself to keep drink it, when it left about 1/4 she regret her decision and decide to ask for a change, i told her not to because it doesnt seem good, but she keep going, and the bartender or servant girl give her another cup, its like she(my mom) get 2 cups of that drink, so for it iII give it 5 stars

Amazed at how this outlet pack their delivery orders, not sure if all starbucks does this way in bali. Missed on capturing a photo. The drinks were not only placed on a holder, it was also placed in a recycle starbucks bag(those in cloth material) and even cable tied till the max to ensure no one can open it up which is also very hygienic. You can even reuse the bag and this way, definitely there wont be any form of spilling during delivery traveling. It also helps riders to place in their delivery bag easier. This outlet also doesnt squeeze all the drinks into one bag, even though only ordered 3 drinks and a slice of brownie, they even split it into 2...

Great service. Comfortable aircon and I noticed cushions and low tables for those who want to sit guru style and meditate with their almond “milk” latte.

For me, I was happy with the conventional seating as I was using my laptop. Some arm chairs too are available. The music was not intrusive too.

Lots of outdoor seating for those who enjoy a little Bali sweat and cigarettes with their coffee.

The request for less ice was accepted although my venti was still at least one third full of ice.

A very big thank you to the staff who chased me down after I forgot my bag (with an expensive laptop inside)!

No food joy for coeliac / gluten free...
