Not an honest shop. Worst customer service. I bought some spray varnish for 250.000 and was told there was no cheaper one but there was some for 37.000. Bought it Saturday 5 pm and Monday morning went to change it and i was told CSUTOMER CANNOT change it after 1 day. Only if bring back the same day which is ridiculous. The excuse the lady told me was because they cannot change it on the system if after 24 hours... She said i should have asked it and its part of their regulation. It is an art shop and is very common people mistake types of color and materials. Its 2023 and you guys cannot change something on the system??? Will not recommend this shop anymore. This is the only store I've found with knowledgeable staff who understand the products they are selling. The team is always helpful, guiding me to buy the right products, and their prices are comparable to art shops on Tokopedia. They even offer affordable art framing services, which is a great bonus!

The store's management is very unclear and inconsistent. I ordered a painting table, and they told me it needed to be picked up at the warehouse. However, when I went to pick it up at the agreed time, they told me the item had already been sold, and only the defective ones were left. They claimed it was because I hadn’t made a downpayment—something they never mentioned at the beginning.

What’s even worse is that after I complained directly, they told me that not only were the remaining items defective, but even the new ones from the warehouse also had defects.
