I honestly can’t remember the last time I left a restaurant this angry and disappointed. From start to finish, everything went wrong.

When we arrived, the place was empty. We ordered two dishes and three drinks, hoping for a quick lunch. After 25 minutes I still didn’t get even the infused water I ordered, not to mention the juice. I had to leave without eating, while my partner stayed behind. Even asking not to pack the juice to go felt like a huge problem for the staff.

Later at home, when I finally opened my dish, the so-called wagyu beef was a disaster. A third of the tiny portion was inedible — impossible to chew, with a terrible smell like offal. Calling this wagyu is just ridiculous.

So not only did I get no water in 25 minutes and no chance to eat before leaving, but the food I took away was cheap, poor quality, and simply disgusting.

If you can’t cook beef properly, then don’t put it on the menu. Stick to smoothies or water, but don’t fool people with false promises.

And the fact that we paid more for this horrible experience than we usually pay in some of the best restaurants around is nothing...

Amazing place, the atmosphere, air-con, relaxed music, some green view. Very polite en friendly waiter, great cook! Really tasteful late breakfast/lunch! Without bread, what I prefer, the extra pumpkin is filling this up. Definitely coming back!

Did come back, it was quite just like the first time, second time food amazing again, they didn’t mansion that the pumpkin was finished, but I got avocado instead. The staff was not that sharp, after asking the menu for the second time and waiting a while I needed to go to the corner to order, probably because it was to quit, all in there phone. First time I got water, second time I needed to ask for it. Don’t know what is normal just noticed. Thanks again!

3th time food amazing, music to loud and terrible, not relaxed at all, at east for me. Again no water automatically water service. All the three times alone or with a couple of people, to much staff for these more quiet days. So again didn’t notice that I was finished, wanted to order an espresso after lunch..

We came to an empty restaurant and ordered two dishes and three drinks. After 25 minutes nothing had arrived — not even water. My girlfriend had to leave, so her food was packed to go.

What I got as “Wagyu Beef Medium Rare” was an absolute joke. The meat was impossible to chew, completely inedible. And medium rare? Not even close. It looked like beef tataki — raw and cold in the middle, with just a light sear outside. Clearly, the chef has no idea how to cook a steak. And calling this Wagyu is just straight-up lying. This wasn’t Wagyu, it wasn’t even decent beef. It was dog-quality meat served on a plate.

To make it worse, the so-called “dish” was just three random things thrown together — a piece of bad beef, some eggs, and avocado. That’s not a meal, that’s a sad, sloppy joke. And for nearly 200k with tax, it’s nothing but a scam.

So after 25 minutes of waiting in an empty restaurant without even being served water, this is what we got: lies on the menu, terrible food, and a total waste of money....
