Horrendous Attitude and Service!

My husband and I found some beautiful items in this shop, but from the moment we arrived, the experience was ruined by the staff’s attitude.

The man there (an older bald gentleman, possibly the owner) was unfriendly and completely uninterested. He sat behind his desk the entire time, offering no assistance, suggestions, or recommendations as we looked around.

When we finally chose the items we wanted, we tried to negotiate the price which commonly decent, His reply? “No, I am busy,” and it was delivered in a dismissive tone.

We agreed to pay the original price, but then asked if we could put the items in the box, however, he coldly stating that he had no boxes. It was shocking that he didn’t care how we would carry them safely.

If he had been polite, I would have found my own way to pack them, but his rudeness made us walk out without purchasing anything.

The items might be beautiful, but when the service is this unwelcoming and disrespectful, it leaves nothing but...

NEVER AGAIN!!

I spoke on the phone with them and a man answered with a very very rude way to speak and arrogant. He's the rudest person I ever talked to! I was speaking very softly but he answered like a starving tiger. I asked "When can you finish my order" then he replied "If you want it to be ready soon, better to cancel" Oh gosh is that how you treat customer?
