Douglas village shopping centre complex has a difficult car park to negotiate, unlike Douglas Court which is all at ground level. It has a narrow entry point and has poor lighting in my opinion when you get to the parking floors. It is quite tricky for motorists and shoppers alike. Keep your wits about you. Many drivers are lazy and do not want to go up to higher tiers because of time saving, but ironically go round in circles on the first tier until they get that coveted space and waste more time and hold everybody up and their own. A lot of horn-blowing goes on and traffic can be backed up all the down the ramp to street level. It also has every dangerous and sharp overhang edges (immediately underneath the travelators-escalators which bring people into the shopping area) ; where shopping trolleys are located or stored. I am NOT referring to the lifts here. Warnings just say "mind your head in black and yellow tape" instead of also having foam on them, in case you do. You can get a very bad bang or gash on the head — so be very careful to look out for them. They should really do something to stop people banging their heads and throw a big more light in the parking area. It's not a great design, but at least there is a sprinkler system their now after a fire consumed the first floor of the car park on August 31st 2019. Good few shops there though, but not the easiest place to get in or out of and a nightmare...

Second point, one person, I believe was the management started the process to clean the place with the customers eating inside. If wasn't possible for the customers seating inside, inform them before we going inside for seat. Was really disappointing for me the food.
