Bamboo House — Local services in Cork

I am a loyal customer since this takeaway opened.even returned here after it was closed down by the health authorities years back.sadly these people do not look after their customers. I was paying for our order extra for delivery on 5 yes FIVE occasions they got our order wrong or had the key orders missing. The first few times I thought..ok..its a simple mistake but again it has happened so needless to say I will NOT be returning and will advise everyone I know to order from a takeaway that you can get what you pay for. They still charged me almost €20 for their imcompetence and the woman who delivered thought I should wait until she went back to get the proper meal which left us with the rest going cold and spoiled..with a halfhearted sorry she was not sorry. Appalling after all those years....

Very nice place to visit People very nice and friendly Food is fresh and tasty. Staff is also very nice. Highly recommended place. Always busy specially on a Thursday night or weekend Whatever time of the year you come the food suits the mood. If you book in advance that will be really recommended to avoid the waiting as usually there is waiting anyway Come with family or friends both ideal or even with Work Colleagues as a Company Event here would also be nice. Its in the Centre of the Douglas lots of parking on street and in the near by car park...

My order of Sweet and Sour chicken Hong Kong style arrived dry with no veg, totally different from what l ordered many many times from this take away when l rang to question this l was told they never give veg with Hong Kong style, well this isnt true because l have always got veg with some pineapple in the sauce.
