I purchased 3 tickets for myself and my daughter and her friend for 9 o'clock Dr strange showing but the manager who served me give me tickets for 8.30 even though it was a 8.45 I explained to her that we wanted the 9oclock showing she said if I wanted the 9oclock showing I have to purchase the tickets again even though I spend nearly forty euro on tickets and popcorn 🍿 she wanted me to buy tickets that I already paid for I told her I wouldn't be back in this place again and she said that's fine I felt totally disgusted as this was supposed to be a evening out for the family instead it became a feast for the manager and by looks of she was getting off on the power trip so I pulled my wallet to pay for the tickets again and she said it's okay it was kinda her fault I can go in she said do I want popcorn we already had the popcorn in our hands I think this woman manager isn't right any way i recommend is to stay away from this lunatic cinema and go to the Brunswick cinema in Derry the staff are always welcome and friendly stay well clear of this manager...the response to the owner was definitely your cinema the review was edited 11 months ago due to a typo but your correct it was indeed in 2022 haven't been back since brunswick cinema in derry better staff your staff...

Wasn't great, I have asthma, I wore my mask walking in and found it hard to breath so I took it down so that I could get my breath and get to the counter to get my inhaler out of my bag. Before I could fo this I can what can only be described as being pounded on by a young lady who I found out was the manager afterwards. She came up and said can you put you're mask back on. I explained to her that I was asthmatic and was finding it hard to breath, she then said, we'll there no point on wearing it on house chin. I didn't get ghe chance to explain what I was planning to do before she walked off. I then ordered my food and pop corn and when over to say to her that I didn't appreciate her tone or attitude. She went on to explain there policy which is all masks should be worn before entering the building. I explained I did this and explained why I took it off. She was not very nice, condendensending and as far as I could gather by her demenar was on a power trip. I forgot to say while at ghe counter I did take my inhaler and the rest of the staff could not have being nicer. Pity about the manement on Sunday...

Has gone downhill in recent times. No medium popcorn boxes at one visit. No small sweet cups on next, forced to get large cup and pay extra, nice touch! Last visit was to the backstage grill, couldn't fault that at all! Went into machine/arcades on a whim but with no cash out (with 3 kids) beforehand, no cash machine in the entire place, asked for cashback, don't do that either. What kind of an establishment in this day and age doesn't facilitate this! Went to radisson hotel (nearest cash machine) Went back. Exchanged for euro coins for machines and they were all foreign, the machines wouldn't accept the coins that came out of THEIR change machine! I had 20 foreign coins! Was completely enraged at this point! Thank god it was a nice experience in the grill! You can't book anything beginning of the week at the cinema because they seem to update only a few days in advance. Self service ticket machine rarely work. Poorly run establishment!, new management...
