Boston Pizza — Local services in Dublin

Absolute worst delivery experience I've ever had in my life. Originally it said my order was supposed to take 20 minutes. It then got pushed back to 40 minutes, which is fine. It came to the time of my delivery and it still had not come, so I decided to call 10 minutes after the delivery time. They said that it was on it's way, and it should be a maximum of 10 more minutes. 25 more minutes passed by and they said that it was still coming, didn't apologize once, and said it would be 10 more minutes. An hour and a half after the pushed back estimated time of delivery, it said that it had been delivered even though they NEVER called me. When I called them they said they just dropped it at the front desk of my building. Someone else had taken it so I never received my pizza. I never told them that it was okay to just drop it off at the front desk and NEVER call me to notify my that it had arrived. I called them again to update them of the situation, and the guy was EXTREMELY rude and said they would not give me any compensation and that it was my problem. Then when I went to take it up with the deliveroo live chat app, and the person helping me said they would contact the restaurant, the restaurant lied to them, and said they contacted me multiple times and they were unable to reach me so they left it with the security guard. I checked my call history and can confirm that this is a complete lie AND the delivery guy even admitted to me that he never called me and just dropped it off at the front desk. So I ended up waiting 2 hours for nothing but frustration and lost money that I'm apparently never going...

I recently had pizza at Boston Pizza 🍕, and I must say, the experience was fantastic. I tried their veg pizza, which was incredibly delicious — fresh, flavorful, with a very thin and crispy crust, excellent toppings, and all the vegetables were fresh. 🍕🍕🍕🍕

They offer a wide variety of pizzas, including both veg and non-veg options, so there’s something for everyone. I also appreciated the customization options, and they made the pizza exactly the way I wanted.

I have eaten pizza many times before, but Boston Pizza 🍕 truly stood out and impressed me. The taste was so amazing that I went back the same day to have it again! 🔥

I ordered the Thursday special which is advertised with 2 pizzas and 1 wedges portion, only the pizzas came, and we called the place to ask if we could get the fries delivered, the person that responded the phone was extremely rude, at first he said that as we ordered many times (which is a lie) this time the deal wouldn´t have fries, this doesn't really make sense, after explaining him that we haven´t ordered in months, he got kind of aggressive and told us to call deliveroo, so he wanted to blame the rider, instead of treating customers as they deserve. After this event the food tasted very badly, didn´t expect such a bad service, and then he hanged up in very bad manners.
