Placed an order in Finglas shop but food never arrived. Rang back to the shop, the line directly transferred to Artane shop. They promised to send me an order. After 1/2 hours , rang back to the Shop. They said the driver was on the way. However, the food didn’t come, after 3 hours waiting. Rang them back again. The Manager was very rude and ignorant. She blamed me for giving her the phone number. I asked why the driver not ringing the bell if he was outside my door.She told me they wouldn’t do it. How ridiculous it was. It is obviously a lie. She also claimed that this wasn’t her fault as the first order was placed in Finglas shop not Artane. The manager in Artane probably the worse one I ever seem. Blaming the customer for every mistakes she made. She is incompetent and more importantly ignorant. ....very disappointed service, wouldn’t recommend this place...

They clearly have no measures in place to stop cross contamination of toppings. Both times the meat was found under the cheese and undetectable to the eye. Only to discover the meat AFTER consumption. I understand mistakes can happen which is why we gave the restaurant a second chance. But the customer service in this Domino's is appalling and the Management did not call me or follow up with the complaint. I will never eat from Domino's again for this reason. Again if you're vegetarian or have any dietary restrictions or requirements this domino's can not be trusted. As you can see from the photo that is HAM under the cheese beside a vegetarian...
   Read moreOrdered a large pizza via the app, and yet received the completely wrong item; it was named correctly under the order name, so I believed it didn't need to be checked. Well, my advice is even if ordered via the app, check everything. The pizza had entirely the wrong ingredients and items. I called them. Broken, cracked line, spoke to an Indian lady struggling to understand what I was saying and then told me that a replacement pizza (The correct one) would be up to 40 mins after I had to ask her, she wasn't planning on telling me, so below par customer service information.
I won't order from this place again as they don't seem to know how to talk or manage automated orders directly from their own app.
Avoid and possibly give an Irish business the business over this...
