Disgraceful service, ordered a double burger and recieved a cheese burger which is about half the price I paid for my meal and also ordered a battered sausage and did not recieved it. Rang staff to tell them my order was wrong and they were very unhelpful rude and also tried to contradict me saying I did get the battered sausage when I clearly didn't making me out to be a liar. I've been ordered in here for a year and a half now and wouldn't order again horrible service and to be honest their food is really nothing special much nicer chippers in the area don't waste...

I'm a regular customer at ginos always order from here, after last 2 times ordered €40 of food burgers were burned to a crisp garlic cheese chips like rubber, sent a message to the takeaway and they completely ignored me not the 1st time it happened, I wouldn't be ordering again//again tonight I ordered a chicken fillet burger and was sent a chicken burger instead, I rang up only to be told that's what they call a chicken fillet burger .. they basically didn't care, there customer service experience was atrocious, I recommend people stay away from...

I don’t think I’ve ever had better chips in my life. Cooked properly in beef dripping, they were crisp, fluffy, and as fresh as you could wish for. High quality potatoes, hand cut, and obviously great care taken. The chicken was succulent, and also of the best quality. €8.20 for a snack box of this standard is a bargain. I’ll be back to try the fish.. the staff enjoyed telling me about how they prepare everything. And this was at midnight on a Friday night....
