I placed quite a substantial order this evening from your branch in dolphins barn. It equated to €89. It was for a family celebration for my dad's birthday and we would order quite frequently from the dolphins barn and Walkinstown branch.
Our order arrived and we were missing the portion of sweet chilli chicken and rice. I rang and explained the situation and was put on hold for 5 minutes. Upon return the operator responded with "well we have no spare sweet chilli chicken left here so". He basically was implying that I had lied about not receiving the order. I explained on the receipt pinned to the bag that everything else was marked off apart from the sweet chilli chicken. I have attached a picture of the receipt here. The operator was extremely rude and eventually responded with "well do you want us to send another one or what".
I was extremely unhappy with this and asked for my card to be refunded which I have not seen yet to have happened. This is extremely disappointing and will be the last time any of my family order from there.
I emailed the support team and the marketing team and have yet to get a reply and have yet to receive my refund I was told I'd get over the phone.

I placed an order with them last night at around 22:00, and to my dismay, my order arrived with three crucial items missing (that was essential for a 5yo kid) rice, spring rolls, and the dessert dips. When I called their customer service, the representative insisted that the missing items had been sent, despite me physically holding the incomplete order. Regrettably, I was unable to report the issue through the food delivery app because it indicated that my order was "on the way," making it impossible to request assistance. I decided to contact the restaurant directly, but the response I received was unsatisfactory. The staff member said, "I'm sure I put everything in the box," and furthermore, they informed me that the restaurant was closing at 23:00 (my call was at 22:50) leaving me with no resolution to the issue. Read moreFirst time Camile takeaway and we were rather disappointed. I ordered a large Thai green curry and a normal Massaman curry and was told it would take 15 mins. The prices were a good bit higher than expected but Camile was supposed to be great.
I arrived after 14 mins and waited for 2 mins until they talked to me. Meanwhile, our food was waiting in the hot area.
The large portion is really big and had 2 boxes of rice compared to the normal portion with one rice. The green curry was flavourful and spicy but it had much more vegetables than chicken. Not enough for the price. The Massaman curry was okay but the beef was these thin slices instead of the usual super tender chunky pieces I'm used to from other Thai restaurants.
Overall, Camile Thai was okay but rather disappointing. Definitely not good value at almost 40 Euro for two mains...
