I went there on request for someone and I decided to get a coffee for myself too. But didn’t plan on burning my hand. The coffee lids are definitely not the correct lids for their branded cups so it’s not easy to put them on. So when I thought I had it on correctly and I go to pick it up, the lid just popped off and splashed on my hand. Even with milk it scaled my hand. The shock of it made me involuntarily squeeze and more coffee split on me. They gave me a fresh coffee, and with extra care and attention and without popping the lid off it still wasn’t perfect. Leaked on the way home too. Coffee was nice though. I needed it to get the nasty fish smell...

Excellent service, lovely staff that are so helpful and customer friendly. Always a very fresh fish supply and plenty of variety. Many extras, like chowder mixes and readymade chowders. Lunchtime counter is lovely...and not just fish!!! They also supply a range of special condiments, along with teas, coffees and extra products. Fish is moderately fresh. There is very little whole fish which is easier to gauge the freshness of than filleted fish. The eyeballs of the whole fish that is there are always cloudy in my visits, which indicates some age.
