Ordered a full Irish breakfast which according to the menu consisted of 2 bacon,2 sausages,1egg,1 hash brown, beans, tomato, mushrooms ,1 slice of white pudding & Toast priced at €13.50.. Pricing wouldn't have been an issue if the quality of food was reflected in the price..Tea/Coffee were not included in price. I did request that my sausages were cut down in half which she obliged. Our server was also the one who deep fried the food, from where i was sitting. I obseved her constantly touching her face and wiping her hands down the side of her leggings. When the breakfast came out it wasn't what I expected , because I expressed my opinion the second server who delivered our breakfast was quiet rude. She then went on to talk about me to the first server while throwing me dirty looks!!!! What I should have done at that stage was leave. The slice of white pudding was actually a half slice burnt beyond recognition, tomato was in a quarter, hash brown was held together by the grease it was deep fried in,the bacon I wouldnt describe as crispy more dried out,the mushrooms I had to look for on the plate!!! On the plus side my egg was perfect but at that stage my mood was heightened!!!!! No Haccap certificates on display, cake cabinet coated in grease outside & possibly inside, the whole place smelt of grease & uncleanliness. When I was at the counter I could see into cooking area which was quiet clearly in need of a clean. Again while paying the server clearly didn't like that I as the paying customer, had an opinion and a valid complaint, was rude and somewhat trying to use sarcasm to hide her rudeness..

Please note I will be consistently & constantly emailing environmental health & food safety...

Unfortunately, my experience with this restaurant was extremely disappointing — and honestly, concerning.

The kitchen is dirty, and I’m not exaggerating. The food preparation area is filthy, poorly maintained, and lacks basic hygiene standards. I once went to the restaurant myself to find out why my order (placed through the delivery platform) was taking so long, and what I saw was simply unacceptable for any food establishment.

On top of that, the Japanese owner is unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect for customers. He doesn’t greet anyone, barely looks at you, and treats people with clear indifference — as if he’s doing you a favor rather than providing a paid service. There’s no basic courtesy like “good morning,” “good afternoon,” or even a “thank you.”

I also noticed several Michelin star stickers on the door, which made me question their authenticity — considering the overall state of the place and the poor service.

I do not recommend this restaurant at all. Cleanliness, respect, and honesty are the bare minimum — and sadly, none of that is...

Asked for Poached eggs, advertised as 7.80 for 2 eggs with tea or coffee. I asked to have it with a cappuccino and whiling to pay the difference. Was charged 11.30 so no difference but full cappuccino rice plus the 2 eggs and that's debatable but fine and I payed in advanced and added 80 cents tip on top. The 2 terrible eggs arrived but never did my cappuccino, I ate the whole thing and brought plate in as I was sitting in the terrace and the man at the counter only realised about my coffee missing then. There were 4 tables including me and 2 staff members visible. I didn't wanted my coffee as I finished my food and was never even chequed anyway. I didn't even made a big deal but he then took aggressively 3.50 from the till and throw it on the counter. Not even an apology, I should have been the one upset. An apology goes a long way. Terrible food but most importantly a disgrace of...

French toast is overpriced considering the amount of French toast and berries they give, I also really didn't like how they did their bacon (pic of bacon attached, couldn't eat it). Americano was alright, it doesn't stand out so I'm not sure why it's pricier than normal. Overall pretty disappointing, feels like I got ripped off. I feel like the only reason why it was so pricey is because of how it was presented; thing is, I don't care how it looks like, I very much rather prefer how it tastes and the portion size relative to its price. There are better places to grab coffee and French toast.
