I ordered via Uber Eats, and most importantly, the food is delicious. The restaurant is fantastic, spend your money here, just do it in person.
The Uber driver, however, not only did he not read my instructions to leave it at the door, he gave me the wrong order. I didn’t see it until I got back into my place because I’m sick so I grabbed it and ran, but by then he was gone. I called the restaurant and they were so kind, but unfortunately they can’t contact Uber drivers. I went to the Uber app to alert them that it was the wrong order and to see if anything could be done to get this order to the right person (and so the restaurant isn’t out any money), but of course the app suddenly “couldn’t find my order.” After 15 minutes on the app I somehow got a refund (which I hope came out of this giant corporation’s pocket), but no way to make sure that doesn’t go against the restaurant because this was not at all their fault, they are lovely and their food is wonderful. And this wrong order that was delivered to me was perfectly packed. I’m sorry Sara O!

Read moreWe were craving Asian food on our last few days in Dublin and Hasu filled the craving for takeout quite well! Sushi was good, the salmon sushi was great! Now I know why they have a menu item dedicated to salmon sushi, it was definitely the star. The chicken ramen was so, so... I've had much better from home out of a cardboard box and heated up. Pad Thai was flavorful and different, I can say I've never had it nearly the same anywhere but it won't be "missed." Salmon skewers, those were a mistake in ordering having a lot of the fat and such on them. The fried rice was awesome! Definitely the star along with the salmon sushi. Sadly the price and overall meal didn't match, and nothing to write home about. Maybe a better experience dining in? Perhaps I don't know what good Asian food is? I'll stick with my Asian good found in the USA just about anywhere, just maybe I'm too used to...
Read moreIf I was to rate it on the sushi alone, I would have given 5 stars. We ordered lots of food and everything was really fresh and the portions were generous. We ordered gyozas and sushi. The only downfall was when I got to the checkout page, it mentioned 20% off with your first order if you opted into marketing. I agreed but the amount didn't change. I called Hasu who informed me that the promotion had ended. That's not what the online site said. How else would I have known about it? I mentioned it again when I collected the order but of course I couldn't prove it because I was no longer placing my first order. That is disappointing because if the website still shows the offer. If you advertise it, you should honour it. It's false advertising. I'd go back because of the quality of the food but I didn't think this was good...
