I wanted to thank the restaurant for the good food and service, they have their organization for the order and was actually pretty fast. I have only one complain and this is the reason why I cannot give five stars, the restroom has a queque and I'm sorry, but this cannot stand.

I stayed for like 10 minutes for only one person to come out and I only needed to wash my hand and no more but when I saw a child with his father coming In I just couldn't bear to think them to wait more than it was occurring.

So I left and I asked one of the staff member, Sophie, to please grant me with some bluepaper soaked with soap and water and I've been helped, afterwards my partner had the same Issue and thanks to the kindness of Daniel, we had the possibility to get help with that too.

The mood was spoiled by confusing service - we had to order at the counter despite there being at least 3 waiting staff hopping around tables at all times. The wine had been either forgotten about or delivered to the wrong table and despite reminding staff of this 3 times we were still waiting and did not receive it until after the meal. The front of house blamed their staff rather than take responsibility personally. Without being crass, this is a really poor excuse. There are two wines on the menu, this isn't specialist. Take a minute aside to do this and stop shifting blame to people who are wandering over to our table one after another.
