Ohhh No!!! Took My Family For Treat Today, OMG Northern Guy Addressed us upon entry by Simply Saying -Name!? I followed by - do you have a table, what's your Name again I said do you have a table - Yes he said then i told him my name ect, took us to the back beside the toilets, we had two little boys with us, Toilets have poop everywhere inside the toilet, Floor is Filthy Dirty definitely not cleaned in a long time couldn't allow them yous it, missus checked ladys toilet and let them use it, wasnt much better! Toilet paper all over the floor,,,
Food Was Just about edible Frozen Chips all round Frozen Adult Burger for a kids meal adult Price do he said (different waiter) because of the Baps!! Steak was a joke more grizzle and fat with very watery pepper sauce... was Not Asked how I'd like steak to be cooked, I dont like Blood or Pink and Guess What = I got bothš¤®.. The Fish wasn't Great Either just not as Expected. This was a treat and look how it was,

I Advise Check your Bill's/Receipt as ours is Wrong Splash as well as Cokes drinks *med /Well for steak, sure wasnt asked. Alot Of Bad Reviews up if Only I had of Checked before Many Reviews saying Similar if you go to lowest reviews first scrolls of them to be viewed. BAD FORM. Not All Staff Wearing Masks Despite the notice. Many a great time here hence coming out with the family as a treat.. Usually they are great, but the service is getting worse it seems. Nobody welcomed the guests, so after some waiting the 6 of us went inside and took a seat. After some waiting the waitress came around and told us that we need to leave because all the tables are reserved. The place was absolutely empty, no reserved signs anywhere. When I mentioned this to them they bluntly said that they don't have those because we would need to ask them to have us seated. Well, for that you should at least have an approachable person there, or some signs so people would know what is going on. They did not even offer us to have a seat at the pub part and they would let us know once a table gets free or something. Anyway, so we left. All these misunderstandings could be avoided with organizing the place better. I would not send paying customers away for sure. ;) The two stars are only given for the earlier nice experiences with them.
Shortly after this, the Octopussy's Restaurant saved our day as even though they were packed, after some waiting they still managed to prep a table for us real quick. This is the mentality what keeps a place going. =)
I hope Bloody Stream will get better and...

Visited this place for a second time yesterday, and my experience got even worse.
First visit was about a year ago. I was visiting with a group of 7 people that i've met through a walking tour hike, we had some drinks and afterwards the bartender forced us to pay together. Paying separately was not a option he said.
Yesterday's visit: We got a table straight away, which was great as it was almost full. We've ordered drinks straight away and when the blond waitress asked if we needed more time to order food I've said that it will be just drinks. She gave us a very bad look, like we shouldn't have been there if we don't order food? Anyway, took them about 20min to get a cider and 2 Irish coffees to the table (after reminding one of the staff). Managed to pay separately this time. But I did notice afterwards that they charged me a euro to much, maybe thats the fee if you decide to pay separately?
Anyway, staff seems to be very unorganized. Staff running up and down and back and forth. It's just mayhem.
Maybe I'll give it another try in...
