The night kayaking tour exceeded all our expectations, even after reading all the positive reviews available online. With expert guidance and enthusiasm, Eamon created an unforgettable experience. His jokes and puns made us feel comfortable, regardless of our (nonexistent) previous kayaking skills!

Exploring Kenmare Bay under the night sky was a unique, amazing opportunity. Eamon's extensive knowledge of the local ecosystem added to the adventure, keeping us entertained with plenty of stories!

We got the opportunity to explore around the islands in the bay and see the mesmerising phosphorescence, kept safe and dry in a comfortable 2-person kayak. Safety was a top priority, and Eamon got us back to shore after 2 hours completely bone-dry! It felt like no time at all.

We did the daytime Kayak trip. A great experience all round. Prior to booking, our tour guide Jamie gave advice on when was best from a tide and wind perspective - we had just considered sunshine and would not have made the best choice by ourselves. A very clear introduction on how to set up our clothing and kayaks. After that we were on the water and making progress. Surprisingly easy to get the hang of (we were complete beginners) and always felt stable and safe. Had a brilliant 2.5 hours. And stayed completely dry. Learnt about some of the local wildlife (we spotted a seal and various seabirds), tasted seaweed that we freshly picked as we floated along and were entertained with tales and fairy tales of the Greenane Islands and Kenmare Bay. A simply spectacular night kayak tour!....

From the moment we set off from Templenoe pier, the picturesque views of Kenmare Bay were magnificent!

We then glided in our kayaks through the still glass water, learning about the islands and seaweed which surrounded us. But that was not all, the main highlight of the evening was watching the magical bioluminescence sparkling in the water, along with the mythical storytelling from our awe-inspiring guide Jamie! This was nothing less than breathtaking, as I was left speechless throughout the whole experience!
