Kenmare Ice Cream — Restaurant in Kenmare Municipal District

Enjoyed the best raspberry ripple and mint chocolate ever at this stunningly- clean, friendly ice cream shop. Our cones were uniquely dipped in delicious Irish chocolate I was told by the helpful staff. I can truly say it was the highlight of our visit to this prettily perfect town. My son had two for good measure and the milkshakes leave you stirred for more I would say though taje it easy on the Rong Of Kerry if you are doing it after two Ice-cream and a milkshake 😀 Best to do that route first and this ice cream can be your pot of gold at the rainbow's end afterwards. Seriously can't recommend highly enough. Well done...

I wanted to give 3 stars, but my husband very much enjoyed his three flavors of ice cream. Server wasn't very interactive at all, didn't seem like customer service was her job. I had espresso (very good) and salted caramel (very soft, almost soupy). I chose the unique 2 sided cone, which was cute in presentation, but was stale and had a bad taste--definitely not the way to finish...

Phenomenal ice cream. It’s been 2 months since we’ve visited this little shop in Kenmare. Margaret made us feel like we were at home…but with way better ice cream. All it took was talking with her and she insisted our treats were on the house! It was by far some of the best ice cream we’ve ever had the chance to taste.
