The drivers for this branch don't really care about the rules of the road. They drive up the wrong side of the road against traffic (that's moving on a green light) to get in the gate of their carpark faster. There's recently been speed bumps put there but there have been a lot of near miss accidents.
A year ago I made a complaint cause a driver there nearly hit my Granny by doing this. My Granny, in her 90s, had her hand on the bonnet of the car by the time it stopped, another few inches and she would have been hit. It was quite a shock for her. Despite my family and I calling your store, nothing was done.
Since then it's really wound me up to see your drivers' constant disregard for the rules of the road. In recent months I saw a woman and her son almost get hit too, same illegal turn on your driver's part. I've lost count of the amount of times I've seen them driving dangerously. In the town your drivers are known to pay no attention to the rules of the road, it's something that happens several times every day. I'm sure you've some great drivers too but, in general, they have a bad rep in this regard.
Today while driving home I'd one of your drivers nearly come into my car cause he was in the phone while making his illegal turn. I called the store to report it and was told to report it to the gardaí and that they're not even sure if the drivers are commercially insured. It's also distracting.
If someone gets hurt by one of your drivers I want it to be known that it probably wasn't due to a once off accident, that it was preventable and that it will likely have happened due to a driver not caring enough about their safety to follow the rules.
I think this is my one and only 1...
Read moreA Terribly bad service with a very rude regional manager that does not understand customer service. I’m usual a believer in the saying “If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything! But in this case the extent of how dismissive and rude the regional manager was I feel I’ve got to share. I Placed an order online for three pizzas at 744pm on Saturday evening and called the shop at 745pm to explain I had selected the wrong base for one of the pizzas and could they please amend the order. I was told NO “the pizzas are already in the oven” 60 seconds after I placed the order. Even though I doubt that to be true I asked the Manager to amend the order please and I was told I would have to cancel the entire order of three pizzaz’s pay 50% charge and reorder the three pizzas again. Obviously, I said no and asked if they could they just amend the base on one pizza. To that I was also told NO. I was told by the manager I would have to cancel the order pay 50% for the cancelation and order a new pizza. I explained that was unreasonable and if they’re unable to amend the order I would never order from them again. Even though I honestly believe the pizza wasn’t even made 60 seconds after I called, I asked the manager was he willing to lose my custom forever rather than amend the order. He said “yes” I then said that’s crazy how much is your unit cost of a pizza versus my continued custom? He said “ that’s none of your business” I said you obviously don’t know or understand what customer services is? He then said I don’t have to listen to this and hung up the call....
Read moreExtremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I had an unpleasant experience at Domino’s Pizza Drogheda today that left me deeply dissatisfied. When I called to place an order, the call operator was unprofessional and dismissive. Despite my inquiries about deals and toppings, he was unwilling to assist and abruptly hung up, which I found highly disrespectful.
In an effort to resolve the situation, I visited the Drogheda location in person. Unfortunately, my experience deteriorated further. A staff member named Jerry, who I was informed works at the counter, displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy. When I asked about meal deals, he claimed he didn’t understand me, even after I repeated myself multiple times. His attitude was dismissive, and when I questioned whether there was an issue with my communication, he responded rudely, stating, “Do you want food or not? Otherwise, I’ll refuse to serve you.”
This level of customer service is unacceptable. The dismissive and unprofessional behavior exhibited by Jerry and his colleague reflects poorly on the Domino’s brand. Front-line employees are the face of the company, and their attitude directly impacts customer satisfaction and loyalty.
I hope that management addresses these concerns promptly, as experiences like this undermine customer trust and loyalty to the...
