We came here two nights in a row, and wow - completely different experiences. The first night (Saturday) was an amazing experience. Our waitress (not sure of her name, but I'm sure you can narrow it down by her mentioning she was from Napoli) was absolutely amazing, super friendly and energetic, recommending dishes and was excellent in her service. Meals (pizza special of the day, and a ragu pasta) was tasty and perfectly prepared - the meal was so good that we could not wait to go back. So we go back on the Sunday, arrive early with only 2 other tables occupied....and the disaster starts. We have an elderly man as a waiter....we show him a picture of the pizza from the night before asking if it's perhaps possible to have it again. He barely looks at the image, and says he knows what it is....which immediately becomes obvious was not true when we ask him what is on the pizza - he starts listing incorrect ingredients. He eventually puts on his glasses to take a closer look and confirms the ingredients, and we place our order. The pizza comes out very quickly, and while it's not completely the same as the previous night, I accept it as the pizza still looks good. And this is where the disaster begins.....20min later and my fiance's lasanya has still not arrived, our waiter nowhere to be found. We eventually manage to flag him down....and when asking him where her meal is, he has no idea what she ordered. He eventually sends one of the other waiters off to the kitchen who a few seconds later delivers the lasanya....no apology, no explanation, no care by the waiter. We think finally, all is good, except, when taking the first bite, the lasanya is stone cold. So we flag down a waitress who quickly wisks it away to be sorted out....and they return with the same dish, with some added sauce...nice and hot. Except now, it becomes quickly obvious they nuked it in the microwave, the lasanya sheets are now rock hard. At this point we have already made two complaints, so we just accept it and move on with our meals. Except, now, due to me waiting for her meal to be sorted so we can eat together, my pizza is now also stone cold. We think fine, let's stop complaining and try and enjoy our meal, only to be completely ignored by our waiter for the rest of the evening. We eventually give up trying to order more drinks, or dessert....and got up to go pay the bill and leave. Passed what seemed to be the manager on the way to the till...he never asked how our evening or meal was, simply directed me to paypoint, so I presume he doesn't think of asking customers if they are happy. So we leave, disappointed in how different our second experience was and likely just won't go back. So let's summarize the issues here: 1. The gentleman waiter needs some lessons in customer service, he's not representing your establishment in a professional manner. Your other waiters are excellent though. 2. If something goes wrong, take charge, apologize and try and make it right - ignoring customers is not the way forward. Because I asked where the missing meal was, and then sent it back as it was cold - I am now not allowed to order more drinks or dessert as it's easier to just ignore us? 3. If you are going to reheat food in the microwave when you mess up, try not to kill it in the microwave. Something like lasanya could easily have been replaced instead of ruined in a microwave. 4. Surely your waiter should notice if meals are missing? Or at least pay some attention to the table to make sure things are in order? 5. And lastly as a suggestion, perhaps get management to skim past tables to make sure customers are happy, it takes very little effort and makes a world of difference in that issues can be identified and rectified quickly. Standing at the entrance doesn't do much good. Last comment : when things go smoothly it's clear their food is very good....it's a pity our waiter was bad as they would easily get 5 stars for...

Unfassbar dreckiger, widerlicher Laden mit unfähigem Personal, Fertigfraß und hygienischen Zuständen aus der Hölle. Zuerst einmal wirkt ja alles von aussen noch ganz ansprechend. Sitzt man dann aber am Tisch und schaut sich alles genauer an, sieht man eigentlich schon dass Hygiene ein Fremdwort für die Inhaber und Angestellten sein muss. Die Tische sind schmierig und verklebt, die Gläser ebenfalls. Bei meinem ersten Besteck hingen noch Essensreste am Messer. Als ich die Kellnerin darauf aufmerksam machte, glotzte sie das Messer lediglich gelangweilt an, nur um dann mit neuem Besteck aufzutauchen, bei dem nun wiederum die Gabel mit Essensresten "veredelt" war (Foto siehe im Anhang). Darauf aufmerksam gemacht, presste sich die selbe Kellnerin ein gelangweiltes und offensichtlich wenig ernst gemeintes "Sorry" durch die Zähne. Hätten wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht bereits unsere Bestellung aufgegeben wären wir sofort gegangen und hätten das im Nachhinein auch besser getan. Denn das Essen, wenn man es denn so nennen darf, ist nichts weiter als aufgewärmter Billigfraß aus der Mikrowelle. Ich hatte die Lasagne welche exakt so aussah wie es bereits ein anderer Rezensent vor einiger Zeit gepostet hat. Total unästhetisch angerichtet mit zwei Vollkornspagetthi "verziert" als wäre der Nudel-Käseklumpen ein Insekt mit 2 langen Fühlern. Warum macht man so etwas??? Bei der Lasagne selbst handelte es sich eindeutig um ein Tiefkühlprodukt für welches dann 15 Euro berechnet werden. Getränke werden bezeichnenderweise nur in Gläsern serviert. Mein Bier war definitiv mit Wasser gestreckt, das Wasser in der Karaffe hat zudem wie Leitungswasser geschmeckt. Ein Wunder dass wir am nächsten Tag nicht krank waren, ich will nicht wissen wie es hinter den Kulissen in der Küche aussieht. Als wir auf Anfrage der Kellnerin ein Dessert oder Kaffee abgelehnt und um die Rechnung gebeten hatten wurden wir dann einfach ignoriert. Nach 15 Minuten hatten wir die Rechnung noch immer nicht obwohl die Dame untätig und mit verschränkten Armen hinter uns stand. Das Geld haben wir dann einfach auf dem Tisch liegen lassen und sind gegangen. Unfassbar. Also bitte bitte meidet diesen Laden um jeden Preis wenn euch eure Gesundheit am Herzen liegt, die vielen positiven Bewertungen können nur gekauft sein, alles andere würde mich ernsthaft am Geschmackssinn der jeweiligen Rezensenten zweifeln lassen. Wenn jemand noch einen letzten Ruck braucht um meine Bewertung ernst zu nehmen schaut euch einfach mal die teilweise frechen und unprofessionellen Antworten der Betreiber auf andere negative Bewertungen an, das spricht Bände. Aber diese Art und Weise wird sich auf Dauer mit Sicherheit rächen und die zahlenden Gäste gehen woanders hin,...

In più di 20 anni che giriamo per Villasimius ormai conosciamo quasi tutti i locali, ne abbiamo visti nascere e sparire e la parte dove c'è più movida e locali giovani, quella parte verso il mare, sotto i portici, ci ha sempre ispirato. Decidiamo quindi con tutta la famiglia di visitare quei pochi che ci rimangono da provare. Il locale propone sia aperitivi che piati come taglieri, galletti, hamburger, hotdog, bistecche etc. Avendo un macellaio vicino e sapendo la qualità della carne ci sediamo pensando che chi scrive bistecchiera abbia diversi tagli e tipi di carne ma quando ci portano il menu troviamo solo una voce generica che parla di bistecca. Decidiamo quindi di prendere 4 diversi menu, bistecca, galletto, hamburger, hotdog e galletto. Il galletto è perfetto buono e cotto bene, hamburger niente di speciale semplice ed un po buttato lì, hotdog composto da 1 panino e due wurstel tagliati a metà senza alcuna salsa... ma veniamo alla bistecca... Ci viene detto che è un taglio da 6 etti e mia moglie la ordina al sangue.... quando arriva si presenta molto bene con l'osso da una parte ma appena prova a tagliarla sorgono i problemi, non si taglia. Chiediamo quindi di portare un coltello migliore e ci viene portato uno uguale. Alla fine mia moglie disperata chiede a me di tagliarla e pure io faccio una fatica immane a tagliarla ed il piatto si riempie di sangue. Praticamente carne non frollata, parte vicino all'osso troppo gommosa, un disastro ... va be può succedere e poi i taglieri di salumi e formaggi che vedavamo passare dovevano essere buoni. Quindi paghiamo i 4 menu, 1 birra e 2 bottiglie di acqua per 82 euro. Quindi il locale potrebbe essere valutato tra le due e tre stelle ma ... ma c'è un ma ... alla recensione di mia moglie su un altro network è stato risposto in modo maleducato ed inventando cose mai successe come affermando addirittura che la bistecca era stata stracotta per sua volontà, dandole della cocciuta, con invito di informarsi sulla qualità ed addirittura dicendo che loro PROFESSIONALMENTE non l'avevano fatta pagare. Tutte falsità per giustificare una recensione dindue stelle... Direi quindi "bravi e professionali" da meritare 1 stella ... visto che per la maleducazione ne meritereste...

He barely looks at the image, and says he knows what it is....which immediately becomes obvious was not true when we ask him what is on the pizza - he starts listing incorrect ingredients. He eventually puts on his glasses to take a closer look and confirms the ingredients, and we place our order. The pizza comes out very quickly, and while it's not completely the same as the previous night, I accept it as the pizza still looks good. And this is where the disaster begins.....20min later and my fiance's lasanya has still not arrived, our waiter nowhere to be found. We eventually manage to flag him down....and when asking him where her meal is, he has no idea what she ordered. He eventually sends one of the other waiters off to the kitchen who a few seconds later delivers the lasanya....no apology, no explanation, no care by the waiter. We think finally, all is good, except, when taking the first bite, the lasanya is stone cold. So we flag down a waitress who quickly wisks it away to be sorted out....and they return with the same dish, with some added sauce...nice and hot. Except now, it becomes quickly obvious they nuked it in the microwave, the lasanya sheets are now rock hard. At this point we have already made two complaints, so we just accept it and move on with our meals. Except, now, due to me waiting for her meal to be sorted so we can eat together, my pizza is now also stone cold. We think fine, let's stop complaining and try and enjoy our meal, only to be completely ignored by our waiter for the rest of the evening. We eventually give up trying to order more drinks, or dessert....and got up to go pay the bill and leave. Passed what seemed to be the manager on the way to the till...he never asked how our evening or meal was, simply directed me to paypoint, so I presume he doesn't think of asking customers if they are happy. So we leave, disappointed in how different our second experience was and likely just won't go back. So let's summarize the issues here: 1. The gentleman waiter needs some lessons in customer service, he's not representing your establishment in a professional manner. Your other waiters are excellent though. 2. If something goes wrong, take charge, apologize and try and make it right - ignoring customers is not the way forward. Because I asked where the missing meal was, and then sent it back as it was cold - I am now not allowed to order more drinks or dessert as it's easier to just ignore us? 3. If you are going to reheat food in the microwave when you mess up, try not to kill it in the microwave. Something like lasanya could easily have been replaced instead of ruined in a microwave. 4. Surely your waiter should notice if meals are missing? Or at least pay some attention to the table to make sure things are in order? 5. And lastly as a suggestion, perhaps get management to skim past tables to make sure customers are happy, it takes very little effort and makes a world of difference in that issues can be identified and rectified quickly. Standing at the entrance doesn't do much good. Last comment : when things go smoothly it's clear their food is very good....it's a pity our waiter was bad as they would easily get 5 stars for their food.....

Unfassbar dreckiger, widerlicher Laden mit unfähigem Personal, Fertigfraß und hygienischen Zuständen aus der Hölle. Zuerst einmal wirkt ja alles von aussen noch ganz ansprechend. Sitzt man dann aber am Tisch und schaut sich alles genauer an, sieht man eigentlich schon dass Hygiene ein Fremdwort für die Inhaber und Angestellten sein muss. Die Tische sind schmierig und verklebt, die Gläser ebenfalls. Bei meinem ersten Besteck hingen noch Essensreste am Messer. Als ich die Kellnerin darauf aufmerksam machte, glotzte sie das Messer lediglich gelangweilt an, nur um dann mit neuem Besteck aufzutauchen, bei dem nun wiederum die Gabel mit Essensresten "veredelt" war (Foto siehe im Anhang). Darauf aufmerksam gemacht, presste sich die selbe Kellnerin ein gelangweiltes und offensichtlich wenig ernst gemeintes "Sorry" durch die Zähne. Hätten wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht bereits unsere Bestellung aufgegeben wären wir sofort gegangen und hätten das im Nachhinein auch besser getan. Denn das Essen, wenn man es denn so nennen darf, ist nichts weiter als aufgewärmter Billigfraß aus der Mikrowelle. Ich hatte die Lasagne welche exakt so aussah wie es bereits ein anderer Rezensent vor einiger Zeit gepostet hat. Total unästhetisch angerichtet mit zwei Vollkornspagetthi "verziert" als wäre der Nudel-Käseklumpen ein Insekt mit 2 langen Fühlern. Warum macht man so etwas??? Bei der Lasagne selbst handelte es sich eindeutig um ein Tiefkühlprodukt für welches dann 15 Euro berechnet werden. Getränke werden bezeichnenderweise nur in Gläsern serviert. Mein Bier war definitiv mit Wasser gestreckt, das Wasser in der Karaffe hat zudem wie Leitungswasser geschmeckt. Ein Wunder dass wir am nächsten Tag nicht krank waren, ich will nicht wissen wie es hinter den Kulissen in der Küche aussieht. Als wir auf Anfrage der Kellnerin ein Dessert oder Kaffee abgelehnt und um die Rechnung gebeten hatten wurden wir dann einfach ignoriert. Nach 15 Minuten hatten wir die Rechnung noch immer nicht obwohl die Dame untätig und mit verschränkten Armen hinter uns stand. Das Geld haben wir dann einfach auf dem Tisch liegen lassen und sind gegangen. Unfassbar. Also bitte bitte meidet diesen Laden um jeden Preis wenn euch eure Gesundheit am Herzen liegt, die vielen positiven Bewertungen können nur gekauft sein, alles andere würde mich ernsthaft am Geschmackssinn der jeweiligen Rezensenten zweifeln lassen. Wenn jemand noch einen letzten Ruck braucht um meine Bewertung ernst zu nehmen schaut euch einfach mal die teilweise frechen und unprofessionellen Antworten der Betreiber auf andere negative Bewertungen an, das spricht Bände. Aber diese Art und Weise wird sich auf Dauer mit Sicherheit rächen und die zahlenden Gäste gehen woanders hin, Karma eben. ;-)

In più di 20 anni che giriamo per Villasimius ormai conosciamo quasi tutti i locali, ne abbiamo visti nascere e sparire e la parte dove c'è più movida e locali giovani, quella parte verso il mare, sotto i portici, ci ha sempre ispirato. Decidiamo quindi con tutta la famiglia di visitare quei pochi che ci rimangono da provare. Il locale propone sia aperitivi che piati come taglieri, galletti, hamburger, hotdog, bistecche etc. Avendo un macellaio vicino e sapendo la qualità della carne ci sediamo pensando che chi scrive bistecchiera abbia diversi tagli e tipi di carne ma quando ci portano il menu troviamo solo una voce generica che parla di bistecca. Decidiamo quindi di prendere 4 diversi menu, bistecca, galletto, hamburger, hotdog e galletto. Il galletto è perfetto buono e cotto bene, hamburger niente di speciale semplice ed un po buttato lì, hotdog composto da 1 panino e due wurstel tagliati a metà senza alcuna salsa... ma veniamo alla bistecca... Ci viene detto che è un taglio da 6 etti e mia moglie la ordina al sangue.... quando arriva si presenta molto bene con l'osso da una parte ma appena prova a tagliarla sorgono i problemi, non si taglia. Chiediamo quindi di portare un coltello migliore e ci viene portato uno uguale. Alla fine mia moglie disperata chiede a me di tagliarla e pure io faccio una fatica immane a tagliarla ed il piatto si riempie di sangue. Praticamente carne non frollata, parte vicino all'osso troppo gommosa, un disastro ... va be può succedere e poi i taglieri di salumi e formaggi che vedavamo passare dovevano essere buoni. Quindi paghiamo i 4 menu, 1 birra e 2 bottiglie di acqua per 82 euro. Quindi il locale potrebbe essere valutato tra le due e tre stelle ma ... ma c'è un ma ... alla recensione di mia moglie su un altro network è stato risposto in modo maleducato ed inventando cose mai successe come affermando addirittura che la bistecca era stata stracotta per sua volontà, dandole della cocciuta, con invito di informarsi sulla qualità ed addirittura dicendo che loro PROFESSIONALMENTE non l'avevano fatta pagare. Tutte falsità per giustificare una recensione dindue stelle... Direi quindi "bravi e professionali" da meritare 1 stella ... visto che per la maleducazione ne meritereste 0. A mai più.
