Esperienza TOP!!! Stanza bellissima e super pulita! Zona in centro, a 5 minuti dalla stazione dei treni ( per raggiungere le 5 terre) . Abbiamo parcheggiato senza problemi soprattutto grazie ai preziosi consigli che ci ha mandato la proprietaria sull'email! Colazione inclusa in un bar a 100m dalla struttura, ottima varietà! Ringrazio in modo particolare Tania per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità! Ci siamo sentiti a casa :)

We came to La Spezia to visit Cinque Terre and the villages around.||The guesthouse is just 7 minutes walk from the station and 5 minutes from the place were boat to Porto Venere and Cinque terre leave. We chose the hophopboat which took us also next to the island of the gulf (we got a discount saying we were from 6th land). ||The guesthouse is brand new, spacious and very comfortable (big bed, good pillows, large shower) much better than the average Italian guesthouse. 6th land is in Via prione a pedestrian area in the middle of La Spezia. Everything in the city or outside (like Cinque Terre) can be reached by waling or using public transport. The city is not hectic at all to my surprise and we liked sitting in the cafes and enjoying life. We parked our car 1 km away as recommended, at no cost in a public car park and explored the...

Found 6th Land very easily and Tania explained everything. Stayed in a lovely room with a large bathroom. Beds very comfortable and the room modern and clean. Don’t let the entrance put you off as some work is being done but the rooms are lovely and would stay here again. ...
