Yuan Niu Dao Hotpot & Barbeque — Restaurant in Milan

Ok. This is a very hard review to do, mainly because thought I didn't love the food, it was a great experience and this is a very traditional place and it was full of Chinese people on a Sunday night.

For those who doesn't know, a hot pot consists in having a hot soup/broth in the middle of the table where you can cook meat and vegetables in it to eat (or have the soup as well.).

As it is an All You Can Eat, it was not cheap thought you can order as much as you want to eat. Everything in the menu was in Mandarin and you have to open each option to see the translation in Italian. It took a while for us to choose and, after that, an waiter to send your order to the kitchen.

There's also a sause buffet with a lot of options where you can prepare your own sauce. That was very nice.

We ordered two broths: duck and mushrooms. But we really didn't see much difference between both. There are many options to order from, but in reality the meat is very thin and all of them almost tasted the same, except for the sauce we had prepared. The seafood was normal and like all food we had to prepare it in the broth.

In my opinion it was too expensive for eating unseasoned food where yourself have to cook it, but it was a very fun experience to have, specially with friends. All of the waiters were very helpful and nice.

As I said, many locals were eating there, so I can surely say that it was a place that didn't fit my personal taste, but it surely is a place that you need to go at least...

First of all, the service is poor. The lady (I assumed she is the owner) is rude. We entered the restaurant at around 18:30 but they were not ready for the condiments. She never looked at me when she is saying something to me. The waitress said she will tell me when the condiments are ready. But no she did not. We ordered beef, and the owner told us they don’t have that anymore, and then drop the iPad on our table with attitude. She said she will delete the beef we ordered and asked us to order something else. A few waitress in the restaurant told us the same thing. But interesting, when we checked the bill, they still included that missing beef in our bill. I asked the waitress. She unwillingly reprinted the bill. This entire experience makes me feel really uncomfortable. I here to eat. Not to see the whole restaurant giving...

Don’t eat at this restaurant!!! The food is not hygiene and makes you sick!!

My friend and I ate at this restaurant for lunch at our trip to Milano on 19. Jun. The taste is average but tolerable. But after 3 hours my friend began to throw up and have the runs. And this situation continues till today!!! And the doctor said this situation will continue 3-4 days. I self began to feel sick and have a heat after around 6 hours. After we got back to Germany and see our doctor, she told us our symptoms are typical for acute gastroenteritis. And for the food that makes us sick we have paid...
