On January 6, 2021, I climbed the Red Mountains. It was my first experience . When I reached the top of the mountain I could see a beautiful backdrop. I saw the volcano Etna, a lot of buildings and Catania harbor. It is a good place to hiking and a place to relaxing. What a beauty!😋

Davvero un ottimo posto immerso nella natura, dov'è possibile ammirare le i paesaggi mozzafiato arrivati in cima o rilassarsi tra le veste foreste, il paesaggio è totalmente incontaminato, il luogo è ideale anche per chi è appassionato di fotografia naturalistica, consigliato per chi vuole fare un classica scampagnata in famiglia o una grigliata con amici, ma anche al fotografo amatoriale/professionista o per chi cerca un momento di pace e tranquillità per se stesso.

pas simple de trouver ce lieu qui vaut le détour, le chemin d'accès est mal balisé il faut commencer à droite du camping. par contre une fois arrivé, l'endroit est magnifique. ombrageux, on découvre un immense cratère face à l'etna que l'on admire à chaque pas. La forêt avait partiellement brûlé lors de la visite

This is a great little nature park. There is a fairly extensive trail network, some stunning vistas, and an easily accessible parking area. Some of the trails are very steep and not suitable for small children (I had to carry my youngest on my back). There is also a ropes course (paid entry, see my other review) and a camp (glamp) ground.

Good for a day trip from Catania or Sigonella to get up away...
