Read moreGreat parking Not sure if there is wheelchair access to the main entrances. Outlet staff were very helpful and most could speak English well. The 4 star rating is because it was a lot smaller than we expected. We had been hoping for a lot more shops and brands. Also living in Malaysia we have a very big variety of food outlets at our Premium outlets so we expected more in terms of food and beverages. The staff at the information centre were very friendly and helpful. A note for foreigners is that you can claim tax back at the information office on credit card spends over EU70 but ensure you have your passport with you. Cash spends above EU70 can be claimed at the airport. Comparatively some items are great bargains. We got a Michael Kors bag for half the price in Malaysia and I purchased Salomon running shoes in size 12 for below EU50. The outlet is pet friendly. Will go again next time we...

Gucci sales staff were not friendly or pleasant. I don't know what is with their attitude??
WiFi does NOT work in the entire outlet. At least the bathrooms and parking were free.
Cafes are ridiculously expensive. Not much choice to eat. Pizza slices on sale for Euro 6/7. That's 1 pizza Slice. Just 1.

I wasn't impressed with this Outlet mall. It was no comparison to Serravale or La Valee Village (Paris) in terms of scale,...
