The krafen.is OK, I only give 1 star bcc they cheat: last Friday at 16:10, I bought 3 krapfen at €4.5 : blueberry ; pistacchio and chocolate , they gave me 3 half of the normal size krapfens ： 3semi circles, I thought it was strange and it cost too much , but I did not say anything. This Friday , again I bought only 1 krapfen and they gave me a whole piece, I asked why last time they only gave me half of what should be , the man relied that he does not know and they did not do the half size. I think the reason they do this is because we don’t look like local people and we did not speak Italian well. OMG these krapfen are awesome, if you are in Verona and love this kind of pastries this is a must try. We walked for about 30 to get these little goodies. Not very big but with a lot of creme feeling inside. There are 7 types of feeling ( white/dark chocolate, apricot, crema, pistachio) Dark chocolate is very very good, also liked the apricot one. First i got 5 of them, after i ate them in 10 min i come back and got 7 more 😅. There is line (obviously cause they are awesome) so get ready to wait. Siamo clienti da anni e mi dispiace molto scrivere quanto successo stasera. Ho preso un Krapfen alla crema il ragazzo si è allontanato per andare a prendere il krapfen “dietro” e ho sentito la campanellina del forno a microonde e ho detto: spero che non l’abbia tirato fuori da lì, e invece si! Crema all’interno liquida e calda sembrava latte, krapfen secco e duro.IMMANGIABILE!!! Molto probabilmente era del giorno prima. Gli ho dato un morso e il resto l’ha mangiato il bidone dell’immondizia. Io capisco tutto: il caro luce, i costi che aumentano, ma non potete servire una roba del genere. Tra l’altro non mi ha fatto neanche lo scontrino!!!! Mi dispiace ma avete perso dei clienti storici....
